I thought reviewers were unfair but they are not. Dinner the other night was disappointing. Gobs of salt and garlic do not necessarily make a good sauce. Very tough steak and exceptionally skimpy salad more

After reading the reviews my family decided to celebrate my son in laws Marine discharge at Carraba's. It was wine night and as soon as we all ordered ice tea & soda the brush off began. I am a local Gainesville resident and I have eaten at Carraba's several times. The food is generally very good - though about half of the meals are topped with "lemon butter sauce", not the most health conscious choice.
