This is one of our special occasion restaurants. I go for the gazpacho (not on the menu but they will always make it for if the ingredients are in the house), my husband goes for the étouffée. Setting: As always, we were greeted by the lovely owner, and since it was a weeknight we didn't need... read more

When we visited Fort Walton Beach the Magnolia Grill came highly recommended by our realtor. It did not disappoint! My family went for lunch and the food, service and atmosphere was wonderful! Our picky 12 year old son said his meatball sandwich was the best he ever tasted and the apple pie was the best he ever had as well... More

The food was great! I had the grilled shrimp with a twice-baked potato and a medley of green vegetables, and my partner had the chicken parmigiano. We both had the soup:I had the gazpacho which was filled with fresh chunks of tomatoes and other vegetables while John had the seafood gumbo filled with shrimp and fresh chunks of vegetables. Even... Had THE BEST experience and meals here while in town for spring break with our teenage daughters...and you KNOW how picky they can be. We all loved the setting and atmosphere and it reminded us of back home near Cape May NJ. Would definitely come back here again.

Good food, interesting ambiance, military museum upstairs in an old, reconditioned house that was purchased from an early Sears & Roebuck catalog!

It was my Mom's 67th birthday. She's always wanted to go Magnolia Grill. We thought this would be a great surprise because she doesn't get out that much. The food was amazing. The service, however, was the worst I've ever experienced. We had to constantly ask for drink refills. It took us over 2.5 hours from start to finish. We... More

This is a very charming and pleasant spot. We love old homes that are turned into restaurants. The food choices are limited, which is characteristic for this type establishment. The quality is right on and the service is what you would expect. Most folks there were locals and that speaks well in a tourist area. We love to see the... More

We enjoyed this spot. The building was cute and the atmosphere and decor inside were very nice. We visited on a Friday evening. We did not have to wait for a table. Hostess and server were friendly. The food was delicious. Decent sized portions. We couldn't eat all of the entrees after the appetizer and salad. We had the Chicken... More

We had a party of 15 after a wedding. The seating wasn't ideal because we were seated at separate tables, but we made do. And the air conditioning left a lot to be desired, but the food was out of this world! My husband got the filet, and it was the best we've ever tried. I ordered the Italian trio... More

We always vacation in Ft Walton Beach and decided to try something a little different this trip. So glad we chose Magnolia Grill! Quaint setting was a refreshing change from the cookie cutter places we usually go. The NewYork Strip was cooked to perfection and deliciously seasoned! Servings are huge so be sure to bring your appetite.
