A hidden treasure in Ft Walton Beach FL

An awesome restaurant that serves fantastic seafood, steaks, and Italian dishes. A locals favorite that has a very varied menu. Last night we had the best crab claw, shrimp appetizer I've ever had. It included phenomenal garlic bread and I highly recommend it!!!! I had the seafood medley as the... read more

We have come here for dinner many times. It was our favorite restaurant in this area. Sad to say we will not be back. Prime rib was really awful. I ate none of it. Husbands steak was tough. Bill was $84. Waitress tried to make excuses, never offered any choice. There are just too many good restaurants around. I am... More

We came to Magnolia Grill specifically for dessert. We wanted to go somewhere just to sit and talk and enjoy decadent desserts and we came to the right place. The decor is southern charming. It is an old residential house converted to a restaurant in old town Fort Walton Beach right behind the Main Street. We found every staff member... More

We recently visited this restaurant with a party of six. The food was terrible, oyster rockefeller that was unrecognizable and so leathery we couldn't even chew them, limp salad with no dressing, the fish entree was so dry and fishy tasting it must have been really old. The "grilled" shrimp were not grilled but boiled with a salty seasoning sprinkled... More

had not eaten all day and was absolutely starving so asked my friend to come try this place out with me. Food was okay but service was awful. I had the fried fish meal that came with fries and ate all the fish and a majority of my fries. When the server came back to check on us she had... More

I had eaten here in November 2014 and was so looking forward to bringing my wife for a romantic dinner at this uniquely decorated restaurant. Our meal was good but the whole experience was sub-par because of the waitress. The restaurant was not crowded but we waited a good fifteen minutes from our salad to the main course during which... Friends who used to live here brought us to this quaint restaurant. The food is wonderful. Best gazpacho ever had. Large dinner salad was yummy with homemade croutons. Crawfish etoufee great. Cheesecake superb. A delightful repast!

What a fantastic place! Beautiful, friendly, crowded, and some of the best food we've ever had on a trip! There was a little wait, because everyone wanted to eat there. But the short wait was more than justified. From "soup to nuts" so to speak, everything was out of this world!

Magnolia Grill can be hard to find if you are not familar with the town but definitely worth it! The restaurant is on the road behind the businesses in Ft. Walton Beach. Magnolia Grill is housed in a 1930's(?), Craftsman style home. The decoration of the restaurant is a mixture of white and yellow wood plus a beautiful delection of... More
