Third time visiting. Had long wait to get over cooked shrimp. Wish I could tell you better news. Don't think I will be back.

We had skipped this restaurant the year before based on hearing negative reviews. When we were there in Nivember we decided to give it a try, and boy am I glad we did! Food was so good! We really liked it! We will be back for sure in May and will be dining here again! I recommend this restaurant for... More

Had to wait about an hour for a table for 12. The restaurant pretty much catered to us though and opened up the upstairs and sliced two a waitress and I think a manager to serve us. Took them forever to split our bill, but they took great care of us. You can tell the staff is well trained. They... More

Old bay steamers is fantastic. Always get the lobster steamer basket. Fantastic meal. Worth the price for all that you get. Gumbo is great too. Service was great. We made a reservation on the same day for a party of 9 adults and it was great.

Husband and I visited while down in the area - and the food was just as wonderful as we remembered from a few years ago. I thoroughly enjoyed the small steamer and a cold beer while my husband tried the crab cakes - served uniquely on some grilled such zucchini and rice. My meal was large enough that I brought... This used to be the place to go for great steamed buckets of seafood. The last time I was there, I was very disappointed. The prices went up, the portions went down and it was overcooked. They seemed to have a hard time seating eight people. Look for another place to try or try once and find out for yourself.

If you're on vacation and you don't eat here, we're all going to think you're a crazy person. Growing up in Destin and in a Cajun household I know how seafood is supposed to taste. Any reason this place has a bad review is because some dumb Midwest hick has no idea what unfrozen seafood even taste like, and heads... More

My girlfriend and I were looking for a local restaurant that was not touristy. This was the perfect place. She had oysters and shrimp and I had steak and shrimp. Our meals were delicious and we enjoyed good service and the great atmosphere.

Their motto is "we don't need no stinkin' view", which is true. People go here just for the steamed seafood, because they really do not have a good view at all, especially compared to other restaurants on the coast. The food is very good, and the buckets plentiful. Snow crab clusters, Royal Red shrimp, etc, all good. If you are... More

We ate here with two other couples on a recent trip to the area. The seafood was great and the service was good. One of our group had the small steamer and it was pretty huge. He ended up taking some home. Everyone enjoyed the food and we all had different things. The catch of the day was snapper and... More
