Okay, yet another restaurant that doesn't live up to the hype. If you want a huge selection of hot sauces, this place is for you. I didn't find the food much better than taco bell -but it costs A LOT MORE! The "service" was disappointing. Overall, definately one to be missed. more

This was the best restaurant experience I have had on vacation or at home ever. The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. The ordering process is a little different, but they were super-eager to answer any questions and give us suggestions.It is kind of a strange sit-down fastfood atmosphere. Best food, service and atmosphere of any place in Fort Walton. Of all the T.F. I have been to, this one is the best. Always friendly, always quick, and always the way you want it. more

A step above Taca Bell with plastic plates, folks, spoons, glasses (When is America gonna at least try to be "Green" and/or not so wasteful?). Food tasted "fast" i.e. I got the special, and the cheese seemed processed in the bad since of the word. The chips were a bit stale. The service was "fast" with a smile...maybe even a... more
Food is great. Staff is very nice. Fun environment. Love the variety of salsas. The Georgia Peach & Vidalia Onion salsa is awesome! more

this place was so fun! we had a fantastic time. the food was great & reasonable. the hot sauce bar was awesome. the service could not have been better. this was a wonderful addition to our awesome vacation. i wish we would have time to go back again before we left. oh, yes and the ice was great too! more
We love the Flats! It is one of our favorite places to frequent for TexMex. Warning: it can be addictive! We especially love the new Whole Wheat tortillas and give T.F. a huge "high 5" for promoting healthier options...such as the Power Lite. Oh yeah, and they have great ice. :-) more
