Homefries and Biscuits!

Seen the other reviews and decided to try for myself. I had eggs over easy, bacom, home fries and a biscuit. Home fries were awesome. The waitress said the home fries are boiled then deep fried. They sure was good. Service was great, and has the atmosphere that makes you feel like a local... read more

I always order a hodge podge of everything...scrambled eggs, hash browns, toast, grits, and pancakes n sausage or bacon...it's always hot and fresh, and tastes like something you would eat at home---good home cooking! I love the friendliness of the staff, and being a "locals" place, I always run into someone I know! My sister and I eat here frequently,... More

You always have to have a good breakfast at least one day while at the beach! This is the most precious li the cafe with little knick knacks and and old time feel. I could tell the locals come here a lot. The owner was nice. The waitresses were all sweet and have a good team work environment. We had... More

My husband and I came here for breakfast, this past Tuesday, and we fell in love! I ordered a garbage omelet (peppers, onions, sausage, ham, cheddar cheese and amazingness) while he ordered the pigs in a blanket (3 sausages wrapped in a pancake). It was the best breakfast we've had in a long time. We even ordered a half order... More

Richard is the owner and is very proud of his place. It's where the locals go and we now know why. The special was white chocolate pancakes covered with strawberries but I switched to white chocolate with pecans without strawberries with no problem. We asked about the sausage and learned the patties are the way to go - and they... More

Wanted to eat local and have fish for lunch. Saw a sign saying fish and lunch and went in. Lots of choices from breakfast to catfish. Sandwiches available too. The special was a seafood platter of crab cake, 3 pieces of white fish, and 5 fried shrimp with 2 sides. It was all good. Instead of a heavy garlicy hush... More

Great place to eat that is located in a strip mall. We went on a Sunday morning and got right in. It was busy but there are lots of tables and booths. The wait staff is very friendly and the prices are good. I had just eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast and all of it was very good and... More

Locally owned with all the warmth and care of being in a family kitchen. You are greeted as an old friend when you arrive. The service is awesome - no shortage of coffee refills, and checking in. The food is fresh. While I always have the best eggs Benedict in the world, I saw a steady stream of biscuits and... More

Good food in a causal environment. Service was good and staff very nice. Lots of local workers visit. Good indication of food quality.

Hubby had bisquits and gravy (he cleaned his plate), hash browns (yummy) and I had sampler of pancakes, grits and eggs. Ate too much. Not haute cuisine but delish.
