The desserts are definitely more French, the desserts don't taste overly sugary. The lemon tart is amazing, and the tiramasu is the best I've ever had. I'll go out of my way to get an assorted box of sweets for friends. Well worth the visit.

Good food and desserts. This is the place I go for French macaroons. While the service is never warm or friendly by a waitress that has been there for years and years I still go back for the French macaroons. A change in wait staff would make this restaurant top notch. This restaurant has been around for more years than... More

We are visiting the panhandle for a week and found this gem of a bakery/restaurant. Deli sandwiches outstanding, piled high with fresh meats and cheeses. Middle Eastern plate has most delicious hummus I have ever eaten, fresh tabbouleh, olives and pickles, stuffed grape leaves, tomatoes and feta. They let me exchange the potato salad for their marinated cabbage--delish! French bread... More

I have been stopping in to this bakery/restaurant for the last 15 years. I go every time I am in Destin or within about a 45 minute drive. The breads and pastries are fantastic. We always take home loaves of bread to freeze and eat later. The pastries are decadent. I don't know the names of the different desserts, but... More

Simple menu but everything is perfect. All vegetables were fresh, croissants were amazing. Great selection of sweets to go with a hot coffee or tea. Overall this cafe is inexpensive and has a wonderful service. My wife and I will keep coming back for more.

Very nice server; lunch entree was really good (humus with veggies & pita bread) but the desserts...super fantastic! Bought 3 (yes 3) to take home for later...dense chocolate cake, lemon tart, and small bag of cookies. The dense chocolate cake was by far my favorite. My two friends eat here often; I will too, now that I finally tried it!

My husband and I had a day off so we decided to give Bon Appetit a try. I ordered the smoked turkey and roast beef on their homemade croissant and my husband got the same on focaccia. With the first bite we both knew the cafe would be a new addition to our small rotation. The bread tasted so fresh... More

This is one of the hidden jewels on the Gulf Coast. It is family owned and operated. the food is outstanding. ..They make all their own breads and pasteries. The food here is definately 5 star. I have introduced many a person to the food and everyone stated they would come back

What a wonderful place for lunch..!! The soup was delicious .. with the best chicken salad sandwich. Very friendly staff. What a treat to top it off with any choice from the freshly baked pastries.. Home made .. pastries .. The server was most helpful to "walk" us through the many choices, taking time to explain any question we had.... More

What's there not to like? Freshly baked pastries for a great price. TI have yet to leave with something I don't find amazing. I don't bother going elsewhere for my desserts.
