Nice touches made the meal even better.

We appreciated the warm bread, wonderful view of the beach (open windows) good service and great steaks. Cloth napkins - finally, and a wonderful creme brulee to finish it off. Would have been perfect if the had served espresso.

The Black Pearl is by far my husband and I favorite restaurant! We come here every year and the food never disappoints! The bacon wrapped scallops are a must try.

A very nice restaurant on the beach. Even though we were seated inside, we were at a table with an open-window view off the beach. Can't get any better. Food was good, I had a delicious Mahi-mahi. Kid friendly. Prices not cheap but good value. No complaints. Would recommend.

The Black Pearl was suggested to us by our hotel. The setting was relaxing and beautiful; the food delicious and plentiful; the staff friendly. I recommend it without reservation.

The menu offered many choices & so much more than "fried" everything, the location was directly on the sand w/ great views, very fresh yummy seafood, amazing personable service/servers & the place was clean w/ a unique decor. (loved the swinging fans!) It's a casual, beach atmosphere--not quiet or gourmet--but they took reservations & gave us our requested window table.... More

We had a large group and everything was great!! Along with a beautiful view, we enjoyed the wonderful sunset specials! We topped it off with banana & cashew bread pudding plus a creme brûlée. Always a treat!!

The food quality was poor, prices high and we had hair stuck on the table and one of our forks! With entrees priced at $30 this is a place to avoid. Go into Destin and eat at Jackacudas it is out of this world.

Kind of reminded me of red lobster food. Pretty good nonetheless. My waiter Travis was super friendly. I had the miracle platter which has a thin fillet of mahi mahi, some small scallops, a crab cake, and a few grilled shrimp. I think the shrimp were my favorite.
