Good food and great location right at the beach

I took my partner there for his birthday. Our server was very good; she checked on us frequently, but not to the point we felt smothered. We were seated in a quiet area of the restaurant. The table overlooked the beach, and the windows were open getting the breeze from the beach. My partner had the... read more

The food was so delicious, the service was great, the atmosphere was impressive! Fillet melted in my mouth, the pecan bread pudding was fantastic... Everything was in a word..."outstanding"! Can't wait to go again!

I had a sunset special of mahi mahi, scallops, shrimp, and dirty rice for only $15.99. Highly recommend the watermelon margarita.

I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a filling meal with great taste. We had our most expensive meal here, but we ordered a bottle of wine and dessert that we usually do not order. It was so nice to eat with a direct view of the beach. The waitress was excellent and came to our table instinctively... More

I am handicapped and recovering from breast cancer. I needed a place to sit while waiting 35 minutes for a table. Hostess tells me to go in this door and sit, but didn't say where. Then the manager came to us and was rude and ugly before we could even ask where to sit. Bad experience. We left. Won't go... More

My daughter and I walked from the Ramada and chose this based on the posted menu. Lots of choices. We sat outside to watch the beach at sunset. Great server Jennifer was attentive but let us be. She was perfect. Appetizer & Dinner was tasty, hot and on time. A few days later we came back and Brandon was also... More

Just had dinner tonight. Overall good but not memorable. My daughter had the crab legs which were good. My son had the chicken sandwich and thought it tasted fishy so did not eat it all. My son had the shrimp and scallop pasta which he said was fairly good. I had the blackened grouper which was ok but a small... More

The Black Pearl could be a great restaurant. It has location (beachfront), and great facilities. What it lacks can make this a dangerous place for some to eat. We have a food allergy in the family (specifically, tree nuts). This was brought to the waiter's attention, as nuts can be hidden inside sauces, pesto, etc... The wait staff has no... More
