Had oysters, a hot crab dip appetizer that could easily be shared by 4 people. Both were excellent but the real star here is the view. The restaurant sits on the beach with a ramp leading to the sand and picnic tables if you want to eat with your toes in the sand. Service was friendly and efficient. Will have... More

Just finished eating at the Crab trap. CT did an amazing job waiting our table. Food was great and so was the service. I will be back. I would go everyday if I could!

The food and service were great. We started with a cup of the gumbo and it was fantastic. I had the seafood platter and it was plenty of food. Lightly battered and fried. My wife had the fish and steak. The steak was very tender and flavorful, but not much seasoning. Key Lime pie ended the meal. We will definitely... More

Having lived in the Charleston, S.C. area for a few years, we know what great She-crab soup can be ---- and this wasn't it! It tasted a bit bland without the sherry and nutmeg...more like a fish chowder. My grouper sandwich was "fishy" tasting so I wondered how fresh it was. It struck me that this place lured in the... Location: Convenient for us locals who loveeee the beach! I can literally stop foot off of the sand, take a few more steps, and I am at the entrance of the restaurant. I can also see the beautiful white sands and emerald green water of the gulf coast while dining. Food: Baked stuff grouper is to die for! Crab legs... More

Sitting on the Deck on a cold November Day a great view and dining experience. Had the hot SheCrab soup and did encounter a few sea gulls but mostly they just watched us. Key lime pie the best we had on our trip. We looked out onto an empty beach and pier. Even bundled up it was still lovely.

The food and service was also good and reasonably priced. Can access beach from restaurant. I think I have more than 50 characters but keep getting the red message that I need to say more.

Big group of us on Monday night and it was a beautiful sunset. We sat inside and enjoyed the view, but outside is great for smaller parties. All our food was great. She crab soup delicious, seafood, and a few kids even enjoyed spaghetti :) It was a great experience. Great service too.

The view is great and I have no complaints about the service. Our server was great. The food was a definite let down. I think the food is overpriced and the quality was unfortunately lacking.
