The Original Tiki Bar & Restaurant was built in early 1990 at the Fort Pierce City Marina. The Tiki Bar, as it is affectionately known, soon became a favorite destination for those in search of great food and drinks, all served in a tropical setting.Situated on the banks of the Indian River, the Tiki Bar boasts open-air dining under an authentic Tiki thatched roof. In August of 1998, the Lloyd family acquired the Tiki Bar and continues to operate the restaurant to this day. Carrying on the tradition that started in 1990, the Tiki Bar continues to offer excellent tropical fare in an atmosphere that will make you feel as though you are in the islands. Come to the Tiki Bar whereby . . . We overlook nothing . . . But the beautiful Indian River.

Dinner

Great location with good views of the water. Very lively place. Food seemed a bit over priced but it was good. Wait service was a bit spotty - failed to ask if we needed refills on our drinks until we were done wit the meal ... too late at that point! Overall nice atmosphere.

I went there with some friends for lunch, the food was well prepared and the service was good, but the price was not good. I ordered the Cuban sandwich and while it tasted right it was very small, deffinatelly not worth the $12.00 they charge. Friends had the Main over salad with a great dressing and were satisfied with it.... More

Atmosphere: better than Key West at sunset. Service: prompt but they don't bug you. Menu: great variety.......understand its new. The shrimp (eight of them!) were fat, juicy and cooked cooked exactly right, in other words not over done; green bean that I've only had at the most expensive places; rice and beans and plantains like you get in Puerto Rico;... I am use to paying $12 for a fish sandwich. They wanted $21. Too expensive. Ate a hamberger that was ok. It was good sized. Had to ask for a water view . Waitress was good. Everyone around did the same thing. " what $21 for a fish sandwich, I'll have a hamberger.

I once told a visitor from up north that once you have experienced the Tiki Bar during sunset and their happy hour it is hard to go back up north again. Of course the view of the new marina and the Indian River is worth the visit. But this is a place with a friendly staff and the food is... More

Stopped in for a late lunch after taking a boat tour that handed out a 15 % off coupon. Waitress helped us find the coldest spot in the restaurant where there was a nice cross-breeze. We ordered spinach dip for an appetizer and it was delicious and tasted fresh. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich that came with avocado and... More

Just found out that one of the things that made the "Original Tiki " one of the best on the Treasure Coast. There drinks, which were free poured and great, are naw going to be measured by jigger. While the facility is great, the food was quite good but over priced however while enjoying generous drinks this elavated food price... More

The food was good the wait staff did a nice job but you pay for the view and the menu is very limited. Did enjoy the free light show provided by the thunderstorm that rolled through while we were eating. They have zip down windows to help keep the rain at bay. Just make sure you are "downwind" or you... More

The food here was good, drinks were tasty and it was conveniently located in the marina overlooking the boats at dock.
