Went for lunch after a morning on the water. Service seemed a little slow for the amount of staff per customer. Couch chowder was ok. The shrimp and grits were different. The grits were pressed into triangles and fried Different not bad not good. I'll go back and try other things it's worth the stop.

Went here tonight with my family as my son just graduated from Marine boot camp. We were gonna go to Shuckers on Hutchinson Island, but someone recommended this place. Took an hour to get food. 16.95 for a Grouper sandwich, which was smaller that the bun! Pretty disappointing for the price. My wife ordered the Penne Pasta. The Alfredo sauce... More

I loved On the Edge. It was the first restaurant we attended after buying our vacation home. We always took friends there when they visited and our children loved it too. It is still has the same lovely feeling, but the service and food are not the same. The menu has changed and I only just like the food, not... More

This was recommended to us from a woman in a furniture store where we were shopping. I can't think of too many places I'd rather be eating than this restaurant. It's right on the intracoastal with long range breathtaking views and warm breezes. I had the crispy fish sandwich which was awesome, and the onion rings were delicious. My husband... More

First timers at On The Edge. Went for my birthday, just wanted casual friendly atmosphere. Went to back bar area to enjoy water view. Happened to be there for happy hour.. popular with the older crowd at happy hour it seems. Ordered beer and appetizer. Beer was great...lobster mac and cheese was so so, would not order it again. I... More

On the Edge is located off Seaway Drive and overlooks the inlet. Sunset is a special time of day to enjoy a Margarita and fried grouper sandwich while watching the sun set in a blaze of color. As with most places on Ft. Pierce beach, it's informal.

It was a Saturday, Preakness Day, just place our bets at the Jai Alai in Fort Pierce and then have lunch. our driver chose the restaurant, last minute decision. The service and the food were just excellent. My sandwich was so delicious, smoked turkey with melted brie, cole slaw, tomato and a raspberry vinaigrette. Two of us chose that and... More

Stopped for late lunch after a half day on the beach. My husband, brother & I loved it. Very casual, relaxed open-air restaurant on a wide stretch of the Ft. Pierce inlet. The water views were great. We had frozen margaritas, flatbread, a ceaser salad and a burger. Everything tasted great and the service was friendly and attentive. They have... More

We would always stop in on our commute from Stuart to Vero Beach. I'm not sure if the place was sold and they have new owners, but the quality has definitely gone down. The only good item was the shrimp basket that they let me order from the old menu. The mahi tacos were bland and not very fresh. My... More
