Be ready for eclectic crowd at Archies's. Waitress was slow in arriving but that seems to be the norm, which is kind of laid back, (cool). Food was good and hot, and served quickly. A great blues band was playing while we were there so that more than made up for any short comings which really... read more

Music, Good Food, Come as you are and enjoy! The wings are some of the best...Ribs and greens from the RibHouse (In Season only) are Bar None...the BEST! Open Air deck with a sea breeze, shaded areas and good local talent as well as Monday Bingo! to support local Non Profs.

Get there early, especially on the weekend nights. The parking lot gets packed quickly. You can choose to sit under one of the many lovely mature trees, or in one of the little tiki type huts, or other seating in the front near the road or in the back under umbrellas. Expect to wait to get your food and drink... More

Sit in (or out) of the sun, near the beach and enjoy the atmosphere. Recently renovated, there is a gift shop worth browsing and friendly folks. Sundays is an outdoor, crowded, revivalist type church service. Weekends are always popular at Archie's with music and fun in the sunshine. The menu is limited to simple sandwiches, burgers and baskets of fried... More

we stumbled on this place taking a drive to Fort Pierce and we are so glad we stopped. It's like a "biker's" bar atmosphere but fun and the food is great. Mary Lou was our waitress and made our visit all that more fun.

We were told at the Fort Pierce Marina that this was the greatest place to go in town. We walked. It was about 3 miles from the marina. We stopped at the jetty along the way. The atmosphere was great. All different types of people. We were there on a Wednesday and it was karaoke night. A lot of people... More

Great casual dining, just across the street from the ocean, lovely breeze. Great food and drinks. Outdoor and indoor dining options, staff is friendly, service good & reliably good food. I hear the bar is fun too but w 2 teenagers, may be a bit before I get to check that out! Parking can be crazy & tough to find... More

Had heard vague references about Archie's before visiting Hutchinson Island. Stopped for lunch on a Friday (had sandwiches that almost precluded us having dinner that night). Following Sat. & Sun. mornings we had breakfast there as well. Menu for breakfast was basic, but, plentiful and frugal dollar- wise. Sunday breakfast was particularly interesting as a community church service is held... More

You can eat indoors, outdoors, or somewhere in-between at the hodgepodge of seating arrangements scattered here, there and yonder. It doesn't matter because you can't have a conversation anyway due to the loud patrons, loud music and loud plethora of motorcycles trying to navigate the congested parking lot. The food isn't bad and comes in abundant portions. They serve beer... More
