Excellent!

We brought a couple of friends to enjoy the incredible food at this great place! The Miami Vice bowl of soup, the Tuna Tar Tar, lobster Mac & Cheese, Shrimp & grits, and Mussels were all amazing. We scraped all the scraps in the dishes so we wouldn't miss anything. With 4 of us and all these apps... read more

My family came here for lunch yesterday and it was amazing! Our server, who told us she also works a masseuse (I can't remember her name!), was just incredible. So friendly, so accommodating, fast/great service. We shared the burrata appetizer, which was good. My father in law got the conch chowder and said it was some of the best soup... More

We were there on a rainy night when the outdoor area couldn't be used. It was really packed in the bar but with lots of friendly people!! We got a table in about 25 minutes and because we knew a couple from our B&B asked them to join us!! Jennifer took really good care of us!! We had conch fritters,... More

I have been at this restaurant several times and I have to say the food is fantastic. I always have the lobster mac and cheese and the fried fish sandwiches are yummy. One thing I would like to see is nicer menu's because the ones they give you are paper and has food stains on them. That was the only... More

Don't park in boat trailer parking, Beware! too many cars take up Trailer only parking that is reserved for boats only. Its paid for tax dollars and city owned. Restaurant parking is available. Food is great and some of the best in town.

We tried to find this restaurant on a dark rainy night. Stopped and asked for directions and still passed it by. A lucky accident we did see the glimmer of their sign shinning through the trees. Dinner was great. I had the yellow snapper loved the presentation as well as the blending of flavored. Worth the hide and seek adventure

Good food and very friendly staff. The only thing about the place is that the building is very small and noisy when its crowded. They do have some tables outside for eating if its not raining, too cold or too hot. We usually enjoy eating outside if they have room.

My wife and I last visited 12A Buoy on Jan. 28, 2016. Arrived on this rainy Thursday evening about 5:00 PM, and were seated in a booth immediately. Within 20 minutes, folks were waiting for seats in the bar area. This is our usual experience. We had the lobster mac-n-cheese as an appetizer for the two of us. Don't order... More
