Simple, not fussy or fancy, and good seafood!

We sat out on the back deck (covered deck) and it was a laid-back atmosphere. It's nothing fancy. You can wear whatever. But the food was really good. From the fried shrimp appetizers to the various seafood dishes around the table of 12, it was all good. I had the blackened shrimp and grits... read more

We were really disappointed in the meal. Maybe off season the food lays around w/o quick turn around. It just seemed that the service was lacking as well as the food. As a plus the view is very pretty overlooking the water, boats, and condos. Again, maybe it was an off season thing. The view, however, didn't make our meals... More

We really would have eaten here every day if there weren't so many other places we wanted to try! As it was, we did eat here twice. We would have taken the whole group (10) here for dinner if not for road construction which slowed traffic to a frustrating pace!! This restaurant was also recommended by friends. The fried oysters... More

We went to the Fish House with our daughter in August 2015 and enjoyed a very relaxing evening. Sitting by the water during sunset was so peaceful, the food was delicious, and the service impressive. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys seafood and is looking for a wonderful night out!

A friendly, laid-back, top-notch restaurant. If you want expertly prepared fresh local seafood in a casual, waterfront setting, seek out The Fish House on Fort Myers Beach. Accessible at the northeast side of Santini Marina Plaza by land, or (my preferred option) by boat through the channel from Estero Bay into Fish Tale Marina, The Fish House offers unique seafood... We've been to this restaurant many times over the last 15 years. It's a local's favorite on the southern end of the beach, but sometimes it's not up to its usual standards. We have taken both family and friends and for the most part, it's been a good experience. There is plenty of parking, lots of outdoor seating under cover... More

We went to the Fish House on 08/11/15 for dinner. It was recommended by a staff member at the resort we stayed at on our trip. The restaurant was nice and on the water at the marina. The food was good and what you would expect in that area. If you like shrimp and jalapeño's you MUST try the shrimp... More

Our food was not exceptional, but the service was awful. Our waiter sat most of the time in a booth drinking his pop and playing on his phone. We never got our drinks refilled once. We went around 4, so it was not busy. I feel that it is way overpriced for the food and the lousy service. Do not... More

We like to go to this casual restaurant with friends and family. Always a nice view. Can be very crowded. Service is usually very good, and they have good price for drinks and beer. Sea food is good to very good, depending on what you order. But for the price and quantity pretty fair deals.

Took a boat ride at the Marina. Bar is good, drinks was cold. However this place needed updating. Screens needed to be replaced, washed down. Food was good.
