Thought this would be such fun. Dragged my kids there and we sat upstairs on the deck. That was a lot of fun. We waited forever to get a menu and then waited FOREVER to get our food. By the time we got our food, it was lukewarm. To be fair, this wasn't the only restaurant in Ft. Myers Beach... More

We have eaten shrimp at every restaurant on the beach and this is the best! The best grouper tacos, the best sweet potato fries, great service and a great view. Love this place!!!!!

We stayed in Fort Meyers Beach April 5-8, 2014. We did not get a rental car and we walked everywhere. We stayed at the Diamond Head Resort and walked easily to the Beached Whale from there. We were looking for somewhere casual to eat outside. We were there around sunset and had to wait about 20 minutes on a Saturday... More

Our drinks and dinner were very good. The place is very busy but we did not wait long. Wait staff is very friendly and served our every need well. Would definitely return!

Had a day walking the strip and needed a place to stop for a snack and a seat. Headed upstairs and found a comfy bar. Bellied up for happy hour and some shrimp. Had the house lobster ale for .99 and a 1/2 lb of cold shrimp that was fresh and tasty. Would recommend for a stop during happy hour... More

We were looking for aplace with parking and found this great place. It was a breezy day but the sun felt wonderful on the top deck. We made it for early happy hour with 99 cent draft beers. Food was good but not remarkable. Service was good too. All in all a pleasant experience at st Pete beach

We stopped here one late afternoon/early evening to get out of the traffic gridlock that is Ft. Meyers Beach at this time of year. I had grouper taco's with a side of rice and beans. Our server originally brought us the wrong side order of potatoes but that got sorted out. We each had a couple of cool beers. We... More

Food okay-arrived cold. Roof top was packed (Spring Break) and waitress could not handle the large volume of diners. Lot of smoking outside.

Roof top dining for lunch is fabulous and staff, Tom, was super. Food was fabulous, wings, Spring Salad, Pulled Pork sand, plus all the drinks were perfect. Fries were hot and not over salted, nor limp or soggy. Always seem to have a great time there.
