Fun

This is a casual fun spot on the roof to grab fresh seafood appetizers! Not fancy, but relaxed. It's a good spot to hit after a day on the beach.

We were there for several times and always had a good time and good Food. The Location is great; from the bar/restaurant on the you can overview the street and the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I did read all the previous reviews. We are not night life people anymore. We mostly go for wings and oysters. Upstairs is fun because of the view. Downstairs is a little dark due to all the wood. I have had some very rushed waitresses but never down right rudeness as some. I will be going again in a few... More

My husband & I had dinner here and it was horrible, should not have seafood in the title or on the menu. Will not be going back.

We visited the Beached Whale on 5/14 for dinner. My husband had steamed oysters & shrimp fajitas. I had shrimp scampi flatbread. We also had a beach bread appetizer. The food was pretty good, well seasoned & pretty typical beach pub food. We were happy with the service & the prices were fair for what we got. I would definitely... More

We have been to the beached whale before and have had good service. This time, as soon as we sat down on the upper deck, we were confronted by a very rude and unfriendly waitress. She apparently was more interested in hanging out with her friends at the bar area; maybe we were getting in the way of her socializing... More

We didn't eat here but we did drink and watch/listen to a band (10,000 Views). The waitstaff and bartenders were very professional. The upstairs looked very nice and had good views.

The mega attraction here is the rooftop bar. Happy hour is a real draw too. We had a great waitress, very attentive and prompt. Fajitas are tasty. Burgers and fries are fine.

Pros: Great reggae music! Cons: Bland Grouper sandwich, no issues with the fish, the seasoning it was fried in, had no taste at all. Sandwich was hot and fresh, but the most bland Grouper sandwich that I have ever had in my life. Tips: Post sunset, upstairs turns into a hook up joint, down stairs more relaxed, laid back.
