Had a romantic dinner with my wife here while vacationing in Fort Myers Beach. The ambience is quiet elegance. The view of the Gulf is phenomenal. The service is excellent and the food was perfect. My wife and I both ordered surf and turf. I had a filet and lobster tail. She had prime rib and lobster tail. They both... More

My husband and I wanted to have a nice dinner on our honeymoon and we were sent to the Fresh Catch Bistro. We were not disappointed! The atmosphere was great, our server Larry was wonderful and the food was absolutely amazing! We are from New England and we tried the New England clam chowder, it was one of the best... More

We ate at several restaurants in this area which were all bad. The last night we found this restaurant and all the food was fabulous and beautiful. I think it's the only food we've taken pictures of. We had the caprese salad, clam chowder, & seabass. We haven't found food this good at to many places.

We did not have reservations when we walked in and were told they didn't have any open tables for about an hour or two. I didn't care for the gentleman at the reservation stand, seemed a little snooty. They said we could sit at the bar and eat there if we wanted, so we chose to do that. I was... More

This is our sixth time, each time with friends. We take special friends here from out of town to show them that there is First Class, 5 Star dining available. My wife has a problem with wheat gluten and struggles to find first class fare that is gluten free. The chef's special salmon was gluten free and fabulous, not just... More

Pros: great food, highly recommend the oysters rockefeller as my bf and I went back very next day just for these (2 other oyster restaurants were closed). Bf also raved about clam chower. Cons: expensive and yes, the wait staff can be a bit snooty if you are not in proper attire. (Tank top vs. Sleeved t-shirt).

Went to Fresh Catch for our anniversary. Chose it based on Tripadvisor ranking for seafood resto and recommendation from our hotel. We had the $29 4-course dinner with stuffed grouper as the main entree. We wore nice shorts and shirt/top, but felt a tad under dressed. This resto has linen table cloths and candles. I wouldn't call it formal, but... More

My family was a party of 7 plus a high chair and they host and manager were very accommodating to us. We had a reservation (strongly recommended) and only waited a couple of minutes to be seated (we understand, it was a holiday weekend!) All our dishes were absolutely delicious and very well presented. Chris our server was very knowledgeable... More

Since it had good reviews we decided to try it. We had a coupon from the restaurant thru Yelp for a free drink, but the offer was good only if we ordered from the most pricey entrees in the menu. This was very limited and we did not like the atmosphere so we left. The waiters were very snooty and... More
