We made a late night stop after spending the afternoon at Fort Meyers Beach. The kids were amazed that they could color right on the paper on our table. It kept them busy while we waited. I ordered a cup of crab corn chowder based on reading other reviews and wasn't disappointed...and I don't ever order soups. My son (9)... More

I visit Pinchers at least once each time I come to Fort Myers Beach. They are part owners in the Island Crab Company on Pine Island, so their shrimp are local, fresh, and delicious! Their fries are cut to order and also great. This location looks out over Pelican Bay, so you can watch the pelicans, herons, and egrets from... More

We stopped in after a long day of golfing so were both thirsty and hungry. this is a chain that is throughout southwest florida apparently so I guess they have a successful formula. seems a bit pricey however for the crabs and shrimp...coming from up north I would think prices would be lower....but except for happy hour shellfish specials (60... We have driven by this place each time we visit FMB. We decided to try it out one evening and were we surprised! The Black Grouper dinner was the best ever!! My wife loved the clam chowder and even went there the next night to get another serving of the chowder for take out! Will definitely stop here on our... More

We decided to stop at Pincher's after the boat parade, and when we entered there were three customer's waiting ahead of us, and the hostess told us it would be between 20 and 30 minutes to get seated, We looked around and there were tables around the bar area and several tables in the dining area which were not occupied..... This is always our first stop when going to FMB - the place where we relax and feel like we "have arrived". The atmosphere is casual and family friendly, the staff does a good job and the food is good, with large portions at a reasonable price. On our last visit, my husband got the grilled shrimp, which is always... More

Went for early dinner, only a few others in restaurant. Was out of chips so was told couldn't get hot crab dip. Asked for crackers since out of chips. Said ok but will be additional charge. I'm not sure why someone didn't run to publix for chips. Dip very good but Luke warm. I couldn't decide what kind of drink... More

Stone Crabs, my favourite Florida treat. Good food, casual atmosphere. Paul gave us excellent service. Will visit again.

Certainly lives up to it's motto. We were there for dinner. Had the fresh raw oysters at Happy Hour price. Crab and corn chowder was excellent. Shared seafood platter for 2. Shrimp and scallops very tender, although a little on the small size. Blackened grouper tasty, as were the side dishes. Would go back.
