First visit to Skye's as we were looking for good Mexican and we were very disappointed - that said, the margarita was good. The beef enchiladas were really horrible - more like a poor lasagna that wasn't appetizing. The pork burrito and the beef tacos were passable. The biggest disappointment was explaining to not one but two staff the dislike... More

Great Food and Great Atmosphere. There is an option of sitting inside or out. The portions are really good sized for the money. Now, its labeled as a Mexican restaurant and it isnt and there is a small selection of mexican food.

My wife ate pancakes, scrambled eggs, and bacon. She said her food was OK. I ate chilaquiles, which I enjoyed. For those unfamiliar with Mexican food, this version of chilaquiles consisted of tortilla quarters, shredded chicken, spinach, salsa, and cheese in a casserole. This mixture is baked and finally served with two fried eggs. Stick-to-the-rib eating!

We continue to give this place chances, but I am done. The food is just not good, not bad but boring, no flavor. So not Mexican, not even generic Mexican. The classic Margaritas are the best think on the menu.

Food was mediocre at best. Went for lunch, mostly generic American options -- the Mexican section of the menu was disappointingly tiny and lacked variety. My husband had to apply a packet of mayonnaise to his BLT instead of fresh mayo being put on in the kitchen, as is standard with a BLT. Fries had a fishy taste, as if... More

Stopped here before lunch before heading to the airport. We sat in the outside patio area - nothing fancy. Menu had many choices. Our server was very serious and not very friendly. She took our order on an I-pad. I was impressed but after about 25 minutes, she came back and said our order was "lost". She sent it to... More

Great full bar - even in the morning! Although mexican food is not my favorite, their breakfast is delicous and their service is friendly and very efficient.
