Good restaurant with good service

There were six of us, and it was the second visit for four of us. It was a cold evening and even though they sat us outside at first, when we asked we were given a booth inside. One couple had the Paella and said it was very good, my husband had the seafood pasta and he loved it. Another... read more

My husband and I have been coming to Blue Pointe for years and we just love it! The service and food is excellent and has a very nice and relaxed atmosphere. However, we have noticed that the last few times, something has changed. There has been an overbearing blonde woman; I can't tell if she is a manager or not... More

This is a seafood restaurant with class and classic dishes! The lobster bisque and salmon are the BEST!! We kept going back. I would suggest they do a little better with the lettuce wedge salad as it was not up to the standard of the rest of the dishes. White lettuce and small portions.

They had OK food, friendly reasonable service, and an OK menu, but they are pricey! An example off the menu is the Chilean Sea Bass. The Bone Fish Grill has an 8oz. fillet for $28 with 2 sides vs. the Blue Pointe Oyster Bar & Seafood Grille had it for $33 with I believe 1 side. I had a $12... More

Despite mediocre reviews we were happy with our drinks and food. We had the early special selection of oysters 12/$17 which were excellent. We had crusted sole and scallops as main both were nice. Outdoor patio was nice.

Are you kidding me? A little piece of sea bass with some wilted spinach and a scoop of rice for $33.95????? Add a small salad and a well drink for a total bill of $48. I think not ever again!! I had to leave and go get something to eat.

Early bird specials are the top ten selling meals to chose from in lighter portions. Not just seafood.

This has got to be one of he premier restaurants in the Fort Myers area. The problem is, during tourist season, make sure you have reservations or be prepared for a long wait. There were five diners in our party ordering the grouper (both as an entree and as a sandwich), sea bass and salmon. All were presented beautifully and... More

I have been going to Blue Pointe Oyster Bar & Seafood Grill only during their happy hour, which ends at 6:00PM, for oysters and a martini or two. Both are excellent, if pricy. The oysters are discounted $5.00 during happy hour, top shelf martinis are not. I received a call from a couple of friends to join them at this... More
