After we go to Cape Coral to see my doctor at the VA, we stop on the way home and have breakfast. Great service, great food and reasonable prices. Inside it is cozy and clean. The portions are so that sometimes I take some of mine home with me. Always busy, but the timing is fantastic. They have this down.... More

A friends recommendation lead us to a great little Cafe not far from The Edison & Ford Summer Estates. It is a family owned restaurant that serves food indoors and out. The food is great at breakfast, lunch and dinner...and the deserts wonderful! All the servers are very friendly and attentive...best food and service in Fort Myers. Try it!

I’m a regular and their food is outstanding. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. The staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable.

We stopped for lunch on our way to the Edison and Ford Winter Estate. We ate outside on a charming patio. It has a good menu and the food was excellent.

They have a very varied menu and I think this a place to eat rather than dine. I had lunch here and tried their Greek salad which was excellent. I will be back to try both their breakfast menue and the dinner menu which looked ambitious for a simple cafe. The outside seating is comfortable and pleasantly shaded under the... More

The hostess makes you feel very uncomfortable....and is very bossy and rude. There is a pleasant way to enforce the rules. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich they call the cowboy...and instead of a nice piece of ham it was lunchmeat....sliced in thin strips and tasteless...and barely toasted. Very disappointed.

I visit Fort Myers evey winter to escape the cold of Minnesota. We always drive by the McGregor Cafe on McGregor Blvd. on the way to some other place. This year we decided to stop and eat. It's nothing special but it's a wonderful place for a lunch of basic stuff. I had the chicken salad sandwitch and it was... More

Wanted a piece of key lime pie. Googled for best key lime pie in fort Myers and it pulled up macgregor's. We were excited to try the pie when the waitress told us this pie is their specialty. Unfortunately, we don't agree. 3 of the 4of us ordered the key lime pie and the 4th ordered the pecan dessert. The... More

We stopped at McGregor's Café for breakfast on a warm sunny morning. They offer both inside and outside dining. We have tried their house made quiche, and other breakfast specials and have never been disappointed.
