Had read many reviews about how good the food was here...most people pass it by because its basically a shack...my folks who live part time there even said they wouldnt go there because of appearance. We ventured there with the family and let me tell you we were very satisfied with this place...I had the steamed combo with shrimp, clams,... More

This location opened last year and I was there the first month. I thought everything was very good. Large portions, outstanding service, well prepared food. This year I would rate the experience about average. I will try them again but with so many great restaurants by FMB I really don't know why.

Very busy rest. on Friday and Saturday nights, so I checked it out and I was not impressed. It has a small seafood counter, and it looks like a dive. Food is fishy tasting, lack of seasoning, and small portion sizes and I have tried them for both lunch and dinner. I think snowbirds are loyal and they keep the... More

I have dined at Skip One on several occasions. The entire staff is welcoming and very helpful; the seafood and shrimp are incredibly fresh and prepared exceptionally well. Nice, casual atmosphere, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Some of the best food for the price in my opinion. The grilled shrimp, scallops and grouper platter were perfectly cooked and great tasting. Will definitely eat here again next year on vacation.

Ordered a pound of spicy shrimp. Way too salty and the shrimp wasn't fresh. Also had the grilled swordfish special. Fish was dry but the veggies were good. Not the kind of quality I would expect from a market style restaurant.

Food is ok. Tastes good but not fancy at all! Wait staff very friendly. Prices are reasonable. Lots of options on the menu but the presentation is pretty blah. Many locals eat here. We go every year on the way to our beach house.

First let me just say...the outside is deceiving--I swore we needed to be dressed up to go in...not! As long as you have on shirt and shoes..you will be fine. I had the grouper, cajun fried...my husband had the Blackened mahi mahi. We love fish, so I must say...it was very tastey! Cooked just right. Price was very reasonable. You... More

My husband and I went to Skip One Restaurant yesterday for his birthday. I felt the restaurant was very plain and really no 'special' feel to the restaurant. I was very disappointed when my 'Maine Lobster' came out and had been cooked way too long. it was dried and 'dusty'. they asked if I wanted anything else in exchange for... More
