Great New England Food

Friends wanted to know if we knew where to find New England Seafood in Florida. Road trip to Fort Myers directly to the Clam Bake. Get there before 6 PM and they have great early bird special menu and the entrees include choice of chowder or salad and choice of one side. Wednesdays they feature... read more

Service was slow but they were busy. I think for the prices they charge they are a bit skimpy on what you get. A $22 lobster meat small and I mean small dish with crumbled cracker on top should come with perhaps something else besides 1/2 ear of over cooked corn on the cob. The food was ok, nothing spectacular.... More

The baked Haddock is excellent. It's cooked to perfection and very fresh. We also loved the whole belly clams - just like back home in Massachusetts. You can't go wrong with any of the seafood dishes here. Everything is fresh and cooked well.

We took the advice from Wav radio station to give this place a try. What a pleasure to have this family owned business greet you, feed you, and make you laugh. Very clean establishment. FRESH Lobster! I tried the pork chops and I have to say they were one of the best I have ever eaten. Price is reasonable. It... More

We moved down to Southwest Florida about a year ago from Maine where I was born and raised, we heard about this restaurant and thought it would be great to get some seafood from home. The menu seemed authentic enough but we could not believe how Expensive it was! I know it cost them to get the seafood down here... More

I took my 90 year old Grandma, my 2 year old son, and my wife here, and we had a great experience. Not only is the food priced right, it is very good. We went on a Saturday night and they had $1 beers all night. Our waitress was extremely attentive, and the man I assume was the owner came... More

We saw the review for The Clam Bake on the local NBC station, so we decided to drive up from Naples and try it for lunch. It was a little hard to find as there is construction going on in the strip mall where it is located, but it was worth the search! We were pleasantly greeted by the hostess... More

The best fried clams I've had in 30 years!!! If I close my eyes I could feel like I was sitting waterside in Cape Cod :-) These were the sweetest, tenderest clams. Just amazing. The service was efficient and friendly. Can't wait to get back to try some of their other New England treats. Thanks Clam Bake for taking me... More

New England restaurant serving fresh fish, lobsters crab etc. Highly recommended very popular so gets busy in season, can get a little noisy but more this is more than compensated by the good service and food.
