Good food, good price, great salad offerings

This is a buffet-style eatery that has no pretensions. We had very good salads, and a Mac-&-cheese dish. Didn't try the soups or other main dishes, but did have their cornbread and some desert ice cream (soft-served, with toppings offered), and the chocolate chip bars (heavenly!). Casual self service setting. Excellent value for lunch and inexpensive dinner. All you can eat salad bar, pasta, soups deserts and soft serve ice cream. How can you go wrong with that. Easy on the wallet as well. Always worth the visit.

I always look forward to Sweet Tomatoes salad and soup buffet when I visit Florida. If we had one in our hometown, I would probably eat there every week. Great selections of salads and toppings. Fresh and nicely presented. Love the clam chowder. Prices are reasonable - sign up for their email specials and coupons.

The salad bar was in bad shape. Looked stall and wilted. Their soups were bland and tasteless. The mac and cheese was like out of box. A cheap box. The only thing that was decent was the baked goods.

Every trip we make to Florida, we make a stop at Sweet Tomatoes. My entire family loves this place. The buffet style salad bar is top notch. The soup is very good, usually with several different soup choices. The hot food is good too. Top it off with desert and you're sure to walk out satisfied! I also like that... More

I went with a friend and didn't realize this was a buffet. The food was okay with lots of choices. You certainly get your money's worth. I thought the soups were very good. The desserts were not so good. I don't like salad buffets so I probably won't go again but the selection was fine. I ate too much.

Love this chain! Cafeteria style, majoring in salads. The initial bar has some ready made salads as well as 4 types of lettuce to use as a base for a 'make your own' creation. They even have fresh raw beets and squash julienned to put on your salad. Good selection of dressings, fat free and regular. They also have a... More

Only visiting Florida for a week from the UK this self-service vegetarian restaurant was a revelation. In fact it is so good we visited it twice! We were overwhelmed by the range of fresh salads and choice of accompaniments, including dressings, croutons, nuts and seeds, etc. Customers can then help themselves to a never ending supply of non-alcoholic drinks.
