Description: You Can't Fake Fresh® - that's not just our tagline, it is the core value of the family owned and operated Pinchers Crab Shacks.Fresh is everything to a seafood restaurant, especially ours, and we try our best to deliver fresh seafood to your table each and every visit. Local fishermen and crabbers leave our shores daily and guide their boats out into the Gulf of Mexico to fish on behalf of Pinchers. They return each night with the best that the Gulf has to offer. They bring this precious catch to us and are one of the primary reasons for our success. In 2007, we purchased the Island Crab Company on Pine Island to serve as a fresh seafood facility for our restaurants. By having our own local facility, we can deliver fresh fish and shellfish to the table faster and fresher – whether its Grouper, Blue Crab, Stone Crab or some of the wonderful fish that you'll see highlighted as specials of the day.Local Fisherman fish Local Waters for a Local Restaurant. You can't get a more Southwest Florida experience than that, and that's what we mean when we say – You Can't Fake Fresh®.

Went to dinner at Pinchers on a weekend night, got seated with no wait, but waited while they cleaned a waterfront table, because who wants to go to a waterfront restaurant and not see the water? So, ordered drinks that were brought quickly by an excellent waiter, but it is a 2 for 1 and brought both drinks at the... More

For whatever reason, this Pinchers' food is just not as good as the one on Tamiami Trail in Bonita. I also ate at the one at Gulf Coast Center and again not as good as the one in Bonita which 9 times out of 10 delivers exactly what it should. Skip the others and go to Bonita for the best... More

Crab legs were very good and the mahi mahi sandwhich was good. Do not get the kids cheeseburger, not good. Also, Donna was having a bad day and was very short on everything we asked. Place is huge and most seats face the waterway.

Good menu with apps and entres. The smoked fish dip is a favorite and this place must be good because we ate there twice on this trip. With so many places to explore and try, to eat in one place twice says something. Any time grouper is available, eat it! The grouper salad was wonderful. Great view of a marina... More

Enjoyed our lunch here. The food was very good, the service was pleasant and quick and the prices were very reasonable. I had the coconut shrimp (9) with a boat load of green beans which were either fresh or frozen, anyway a far cry from certain restaurants who serve canned. The view is somewhat marred by the garage doors they... More

We had the Grilled Shimp Dinner & Fried Shrimp Dinner, the food & service was great but there happy hour is not happy. The few drinks we had (two for one all day everyday) was more expensive than our two dinners were. We were disgusted about that. So ask the prices on drinks before you order (even beer) two for... Very pricy. Saw waitress drop a muscle, in shell, on the floor and put back on customers plate and eat a cracker over prep table. If you want to drink at the Tiki bar you're better off than eating there. My shrimp was over cooked añd it had a spicy spice around brim of plate that I did not like... More

I have eaten here several times over the years. We visited again early July and were disappointed. The hot crab and cheese dip appetizer was excellent but the small amount of chips with the dip was not. When we got our dinners we all looked at each other as if to say, "is that all??". The food was about average... More

Fun place to stop in for a bite to eat and two drinks. tables can be found in the sand on the beach and all drinks are 2 for 1. Food is average and priced accordingly. No real downside here unless you looking for something fancy.

This place ranks right up there with some of the worst seafood I've ever eaten. The only thing going for them was the french fries- if not for those I would still be hungry. My husband ordered the mahi-mahi sandwich- he said it was completely tasteless. The fruit that came with my daughter's hot dog was from a can- complete... More
