Best ice cream hands down in fort myers.. they have a large amount of flavors to choose from and if you can't decide you can have multiple flavors on a cone or cup.. Love the strawberry cheesecake ice cream.. this is the perfect place to go to after the beach on the drive home

A little pricey but its good. Good variety of flavors and cones. Good milk shakes. Too bad the parking lot has a huge hole on the pavement and whwn.your car falls in it its a huge bang !!! Not alot of parking spaces

Love Boat has tons of great ice cream! The mint chocolate chip was one of the best I've tried. The coconut almond fudge is simply delicious, as was the chocolate brownie. The only ice cream I didn't like was one with bacon in it, eekk, just no. The reason I took off one star is because while this is homemade... More

My husband and I stopped here after dinner on a warm evening. Quite a selection available. I ordered a small sugar cone while he went for the waffle cone. As we sat outside enjoying our ice cream, I noticed that he had made a better choice--my ice cream was melting rapidly and soon overflowed the small sugar cone. Quite a... More

Really good ice cream and a wide variety of flavors. A great stopover after visiting the beach. My wife, parents and in-laws loved this place as well. My favorite flavors are vanilla fudge and banana. I usually mix these two flavors and get them in the kid size (2 huge scoops). Skip the chain ice cream store and try this... More

The variety of flavors offered is incredible - some of them very different. They even offered us a take of some, so we could decide. I like that they offer you the option of different flavors on the same cone. We travel to Fort Myers once a year, and always make a trip to the Love Boat!

The original Love Boat is in a small building on San Carlos, with a few tables inside and outside. One goes through a line to order your ice cream. There are so many choices, it is very difficult to choose just one, so I usually get 2 scoops, in 2 flavors! Love Boat ice cream is starting to show up... More

Homemade on site with lots of flavors to choose from, they also have sugar free should you wish. I had the coconut almond fudge and my husband had the snickers both were delicious. Prices were reasonable for the portions. Even though it was raining and temperatures were cool, there were many ice cream lovers there happily licking their cones. It's... More

The Love Boat really does look like a shack from the outside - but don't be fooled, the best bit is on the inside, with more ice creams that you can shake a stick at! Aound 50 at the last count, and believe me, they are delicious, better than delicious in fact. And HUGE. We had small ice creams and... More

This is the place for the best ice cream! They make all flavors in-house and they still make the chocolate malted's (with extra malt when you want) of the days gone by! Perfect for my 84 year old father's taste! Always a a long line on the wknd's, out the door even-- but very worth the wait!!!!
