Technically they weren't open on Saturday but I'm very grateful to the owner, Paul, for letting me try his new crab cake. It has some really nice heat to it and a smooth taste. This place is unbelievable. You will be amazed by the menu. Wild game sausages, pretzel bread rolls. Everything the first reviewer said is true check it out and post reviews.

Everything. was. delicious. Driving past the Gator Dawg, no one would expect the creativity and quality of the menu items. They make authentic pretzel rolls - dipped in lye - in house and source an impressive selection of proteins from local butchers (Venison, Lamb, Buffalo, Elk, Pheasant, etc).
