Great food, great atmosphere

The last time I was here was a few years ago when I wanted to watch a Tampa Bay Buccaneers game and it wasn't on local TV for some reason. As I recall, it was a good place to watch football. They have TV screens all over the place, and it is wide open enough so that you can see... read more

Being new to the area, want to check out some of the local eateries. LRS's seemed to get pretty good reviews, so why not? Arrived just past noon expecting a mob, surprise, near empty. Ordered the ribs and the Mrs. ordered the Chili and salad. Chili was rated A1. Be it known, I do love ribs! Got the half rack... More

When opened, I especially liked this restaurant as they had great pulled pork with one sauce choice that was almost an exact replica of North Carolina barbecue. My wife preferred salads and, on our third visit, got a bad case of food poisoning lasting for 3 days. I went back on my own twice more, and got a mild case... More

Had dinner at Lee Roy Selmon's one night while staying in Ft. Meyers. Food was great - especially the grilled meatloaf. Place was packed and the service was great. Prices were very reasonable. Definitely not your typical "sports bar" as far as the food goes, but the atmosphere is certainly one of a "sports" bar. I would definitely go back... More

We love to buy the pound of pulled pork(slow cooked for 12 hours) take it to go along with a family order of the fried green tomatoes. Pick up martins buns and slaw from Publix. My wife also likes the meat loaf dinner with sides.

We've lived in Fort Myers for over ten years and had never gone to Leroy Selmon's. We went with friends who had previously eaten there and raved about their homemade bread pudding and other "down home cooking". My husband and I shared the Steak and Ribs combo which also came with a side. The one dish was plenty for two... More

We had our first meal in Florida here. Flat bread with chicken which was tasty. Also had the local beef hash, different to anything I have tried before, slightly sweet but worth trying. Service was excellent!! Loved the free taster dishes too and an extremely polite and professional server. Overall decent enough for a quick stop off while in the... More

My son and I met here for lunch one weekday. It is an interesting sports bar and the staff was very friendly and efficient but we managed to order the wrong things. The waitress recommended the smoked chicken salad; unfortunately, I just didn't care for it. My son ordered a plain burger, but he only ate half. I guess we... More

Thursday night is $5 nacho night for me & my friends. The servings are very generous & quite tasty. I love the buffalo chicken best. The atmosphere is warm, friendly & hospitable. We have our favorite server (Meeshka...sp ?) who always takes very good care of us. Plus you can join the club & earn points toward a free meal!... More

The Chicken and Waffles was fantastic! And the Beef Brisket sandwich was scrumptious, with some of the best fries ever.
