When you visit Mario's - you just stop by and visit Leslie at the bar - sample her amazing sangria and mojito - these delicious beverages will accent the dinner menu highlights - The grouper was phenomenal and Mario's beef was mouth watering - To anyone wanting a casual intimate evening - give Mario's a try - between the food... Terrible, over priced, Bad Food.... Did I say over priced? Just because you serve a minimal amount of food does not make it gourmet..... Well the food was so bad I returned most of it!!!!! Bad, Bad, Bad, Bad !!!!

We went for our anniversary last night - the service was really special. The staff walks a fine line between hovering and just right. The owner comes by the table often to ensure that everything was not only good - but great. We had the mussels the soup and the pork. Everything was hot, delicious. We would encourage folks to... The reviews for this place span the spectrum. We had been once before and had such a great experience that we almost didn't go back because the reviews seem to be hit or miss so we thought it might ruin our memories. We decided to go back after our other choice was closed. So glad we did. The decor is... More

We went here in July 2014. Overall, this is a great, unique restaurant and I would definitely return. It was one of the better meals that I've had in a while. The food here is excellent. To start off they give you fried plantains along with a chimichurri sauce which is out of this world. We then had a tamale,... More

The restaurant is cozy. However, food is over price. Example a flan cost us $12.50. I ordered a grilled grouper and had no taste and smell charcoal. This is a one time restaurant for us. Service is very attentive as well as the owner.

It may look like just a tiny spot between the other buildings that line Federal Highway for miles, but this place is really special. Outstanding and creative dishes with a special personal touch -- they take great pride in their food and service. The interior is a trip! And don't worry if the owner gives your wife a kiss -...
