Awesome Fish Tacos

We visit each time we are in Ft Lauderdale. Excellent raw bar and seafood selection. We love their fish tacos. The delicious food, dockside location and luxury yacht views are well worth visiting.

We ate there early one Wednesday evening. It gets crowded by 6:00. The food was delicious. I had pesto scallops. The jerk chicken wing app is great. My husband had the steak. He loved it.

This restaurant is a bit of a local icon at this point. Locals and tourists both are found here in large numbers. We've been here many times and by you there's usually a wait of about 30 minutes. The food itself is well done with a variety of foods available. We had an appetizer from the raw bar, a self... More

Coconuts is a restaurant where you will get good food and have fun with family and friends. It can get very loud and crowded. Service is average as is the food. I have to admit that the mahi fish tacos were very good. Get the coleslaw and you will enjoy it. The fries taste like they came out of a... More

Coconuts is a typical Florida seafood restaurant. it is not gourmet but is good. The restaurant has a main seating area overlooking a yacht harbor on the intracoastal waterway. On the back side of the main seating area it has an raw bar and bar area. It is loud, crowded and fun. The wait was typical for this time of... More

We come to Ft Lauderdale every month and we usually enjoy lunch here but this time the food was just terrible .The coconut shrimp was so dry that I would bet that it was cooked twice. The sushi tuna salad looked and tasted like it was made the day before. We will give it another chance the next time we're in... More

This is one of our favourite restaurants in Lauderdale. We always stay within walking distance of it. The view from the lower deck over the water and the boats is great - always activities to watch. The food and the service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. We have never been rushed even at very busy times and... More

We started with the lobster scoobies! Wow. They were seasoned well and the bread to soak up he butter/olive oil and garlic was fabulous. Very good start!! For an entree, I had the crab cakes. They were pretty traditional but tasty. My husband had the catch of the day...very good. We ended up doing dessert...unexpectedly awesome! The cheesecake was wonderful.... More

food was very good, long wait to get a table, not sure if they take reservations. Watch the prices on specials, some are very expensive. We felt a little rushed (I guess they wanted to turn the tables over.
