Very nice food that was easy on the wallet. Nice selections of Latin dishes, and a very nice coffee assortment afterwards. Nice ambiance...really you can't miss in this place.

Promised my mom dinner when she got home from vacation and we found this gem 1.5 miles from the FLL airport. We called ahead to ask about specials and the person was incredibly friendly. Menu is great! We had pork chops, palomillo, corn tamale and a steak taco salad. The food was DELICIOUS! I recommend it highly. Lots of food,... More

We got delivery the on a Friday night. The food came quick and the prices are super good for the quality and amount of food. We had chk Marsala, mahi mahi in pomadora sauce, eggplant tower, and you MUST GET THE CORN TAMALES!

Thought I would try something different. Had to drag my elderly mother in but despite her absolute expectation to the contrary, SHE LOVED IT. I had whole fried Red Snapper. Gloriously good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, even for grumpy old ladies from Cleveland.

I was in the area and in the mood for Latin food. Stumbled upon this place and WOW! Delicious food, great beef soup, pork chips, rice, beans... everything was amazing. Service was quick and friendly! Highly recommend. Will def be back!

Had dinner here with my wife. The menu seemed to have more Italian dishes than South American/Cuban. We went Cuban and were not disappointed. The food was very good, the portions huge. Service was good.

I hosted a pre-cruise dinner for a group of friends (14 total) on April 19th, 2014. We were all going on a transatlantic cruise to Rome. I selected El Tamarindo because I wanted something near my hotel and a place that had good Cuban/Latin foods. I read through Trip Advisor reviews and thought this would be a great place for... More

I walked down from the Crowne Plaza hotel for a change of venue, and it was well worth the 5 minute walk. I ordered the Churrasco Steak and it was cooked perfectly as ordered - medium. It was very tasty and tender. It was not real busy as I was there on a Wednesday night, so service for me was... More

The waitress was really mean and rude. The food was average but the service was terrible. I would not recommend coming to El Tamarindo Cafe. It's not worth it

My husband and I went to El Tamarindo Café yesterday for dinner. It was so good! The employees were very friendly and smiling. There was a great choice of dishes on the menu, as well as some specialties. My husband ate the mariscada soup (seafood soup with mussels, clams, shrimps, scallops and more...). The portion was big and there was... More
