Our last night on vacation we head over to Catfish Dewey's. The place is a local icon. Seems like everyone in the area knows and likes the place. They have daily specials all week long. We were there on a Monday and it was all you can eat shrimp, fried clams and catfish. Our reservation was for 6:30 for 8... More

My favorite fried catfish and oysters of any restaurant in south Florida. The fried fish is good also. my friend had the stone crabs and loved them. You can also get all you can eat for different items for a very reasonable price.

My friend had "all you could eat" jumbo stone crabs and the kept coming without his asking until he had to crawl away from the table. It was $159, but he really enjoys them! I had the "all you could eat" scallops and they came with shrimp and catfish. i had as much to eat as my "stoned" friend, and... More

Go for the early bird! We always get the excellent fried shrimp and fried clams. On occasion we also treat ourselves to their wonderful catfish. The sweet potatoes are always done right. You can't have just one hush puppy which they provide as a "free" appetizer and the cole slaw is nice and sweet. If I have a complaint it... More

If your in the Fort Lauderdale area....Catfish Dewey's is a must if you enjoy Catfish, Shrimp and Scallops. Also offering various other seafood meals...this restaurant is the place to go. Prices are reasonable and the family atmosphere is ideal. This is my second (2nd) time eating at this location with friends before boarding a cruise ship there in Port Everglades.... More

Took relative from North Carolina here to show off our fine eating place and were not disappointed. Mens room that had been redone to earlier suggestion is already in need of additional repairs. I don't understand why a restaurant this busy cannot keep the place up better. I had all you can eat crab legs and they were great. Guest... More
