Really good seafood

I hesitate to write this review, because I was brought here by a local, and feel this is the type of place the locals don't want the tourists to discover. The only reason I didnt give this place 5 stars is because the bathrooms were not very clean. There was actually a roach on the men's room floor but let's be serious, that could happen most places. My wife and mother both had the all you can eat crab legs. Both said they were outstanding!! $34 for the crab legs... More

My husband and I travel to South Florida once a year and always try to make a stop here. My husband loves the stone crabs and I always get the steak, this time we had our two year old with us and he had the child's catfish and the serving was huge. Parking can be a bit of a pain,... More

Got there early for "all you can eat" crab night. Place was a bit dated but food was excellent and out server was very attentive and pleasant. My daughter colored a few pictures of the kids menu and they offered to hang them all up for her. Cole slaw was excellent, menu had a large selection and service was prompt.... More

Stone crabs and steak were delicious. A bit inland and as we were driving there thought we made a huge mistake but the food was great.

Not fancy, but the food has always been delicious. Had the stone crabs and they were delicious. I have had the catfish before and it too was delicious.

We have been going to Catfish Dewys for over 15 years and it hits a home run every time. The BEST fried Shrimp ,and we have tried it in many other restaurants. We also enjoy the Grilled Catfish smothered with Crabmeat. It's a very casual dining restaurant and we keep going back even though it is 32 miles away from home..

This was a great place. Expect long wait. Use their call ahead service. Will save you a lot of time. Parking can be limited, but they do have someone directing traffic. menu is varied with so many choices. Only down side, service was quick but server had a bit of an attitude. Did not tell us about the specials. We... More

Spent the night in Ft L. The hotel lady directed to a "local place". It was so good. Upon seating, a dish of hot his puppies. Appear. Husband had shrimp and was happy. I requested a special of stone crabs. Three amazing sized claws arrived, which were perfectly cooked, lovely mustard sauce and all the claws for $33.00. I would have given... More
