Great Brazilian stakehouse. Valet service is great, the walk up to the restaurant is very "tropical" and has a nice vibe with great music playing. The food is great! This location has a better feel than Chima in Charlotte, NC. Great experience!

If there is a "Good" rating, I would choose that instead of "Average". Like other Brazilian Steakhouses, it's the same concept. Flip your chip for more meat or flip it over if you're done. As I mentioned in my Texas de Brazil review, this place is a glutton's dream. It's all you can eat and if you're a true meat... More

The ambiance is spectacular and just as nice as the beautiful Banyon Tree that has been there for years. All you can eat meat that comes to your table at a blink of an eye. The salad bar is also spectacular you have got to go here.

First Thing......make sure u are hungry and ready to eat. The modern look and feel of this steakhouse creates a very intimate ambiance. After being seated you are given some wonderful little appetizer bites to get you started. I then recommend one of their ultimate caprihanias....so good! You are then ready to set out to the side and salad bar,... More

Chima on Las Olas has delicious overwelmingly abundant food! The salad bar offers anything and everything you could wish for. The setting of the restaurant is so lovely and in a fabulous location on Las Olas Blvd. The outside seating has wonderful atmosphere with beautiful Banyan Trees. Chima is very pricey so be prepared.

So, I went to Chima with a group of friends and it was my first time. I had heard all these wonderful things about the restaurant and how great their buffet bar was and how they have quite a large selection of meats that are circulated around the restaurant and you can pick whatever you want, as much as you... Make a reservation.. Go early have a drink at the bar. The wine list is great the salad bar should not be called a salad bar it is way to good to call a salad bar.. The meat is great! Could use just a little less salt

Food very good with the salad bar plentiful and fresh, the meat was extremely tasty and all seemed cooked as asked for, although make sure your hungry when you go so you can make the most of it, came out feeling stuffed. Service also very good and attentive considering how busy the resturant was.
