I don't want to give a bad review. But I would rate this the lowest of the Brazilian Restaurants to date. But this is my 1st in Florida. I come from LA, California. I give this rating solely on getting good meat. For the first half hour I was offered everything except good meet. After speaking with the floor boss.... More

This place was great. The salad bar had a huge variety and was very clean and maintained. The meats were all tasty,my favorites were the ribeye, lamb chop and swordfish. It is well worth the price and the service was excellent. We've been to many of the Brazilian steakhouses, but this was certainly the best so far.

You can't find better place to feed hungry, good eaters, who also love quality meats, a variety of vegetables and new and varied flavors... After flying coast to coast, and no one ate/purchased any of the lame airline offering, we were ready for dinner. Hotel, after discussions with the athletic males in the group, suggested Chima, a Brazilian streakhouse with... More

A Brazilian steakhouse is a great choice if you are a meat lover and this fancy steakhouse is one more option to meat lovers' list. We arrived without reservation by 9pm on a Sunday night and to our surprise the restaurant was packed up. We checked in, and were told that the waiting time was 5' - I really doubted... More

This restaurant was incredible. At first it seems pricey but when you experience the volume and quality of the food, you'll feel like you got your money's worth! Even better was the atmosphere...the walkway to the restaurant is liked with 2 enormous Banyon trees that they string lights on around the holidays. The trunk of each tree is the size... More

I have been there with 2 customers. The quality of the food was excellent, no doubt, but if you compare Chima to a real Brazilian Churrascaria (like Fogo de Chao or any other) the atmosphere here is very different and also prices......, inspite they are offering the same things. In Brazil a Churrascaria, when is very very expensive, can cost... More

We took the family here for an early dinner. tried to make reservations for six but nothing available till 9.30 at night so opted for a table for four and two however upon arrival was given a table for six. Due to the price we selected only the salad bar for our 7 year old grandaughter. The meats kept coming,... More

I have to admit, our family's favourite eating is the Brazilian style steakhouses. And we have tried some for the last few years. Since we only had a few days in Fort Lauderdale, we planned on eating on Chima. So we asked the consierge at the hotel to book us a table. We do not regret. Excellent service (best ever... More

Had reservations and still had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to be seated, it was Christmas Eve so we prepared ourselves ahead of time for the wait. The holiday lighting outside was a nice touch. It gave the restaurant that "Christmas feel." The live music was a bonus. We were seated by the window, which gave us a great... More

Eventhough we had a reservation we still waited 40 minutes for our table. Outside live music very intertwining. Salad bar and meats worth the wait. Great for family , occasions, or out of town guests.
