Great food, drinks and awesome atmosphere!

Absolutely LOVED the decor and feel of this place. Great open air seating but also dark and cozy. Great balance. I had the rare grilled tuna and really enjoyed it. All of our plates were fabulous as was our service. The PEI mussels had bacon in them... loved them. I would visit again anytime.

After a cruise on The Carrie B had a great lunch at The City Tavern on Las Olas Ave. Our lunch was prepared and presented wonderfully as we watched the "world" pass by the Resturaunt's open air front!!!! Thumbs Up👍😄

I was looking for a classic American pub burger and tried out he Big City Tavern. The bar staff was very friendly and the beer was cold - guess you figured out that the burger was just ok - not bad but ok. If you are out walking on Las Olas you know it's more about higher end boutique restaurants... More

Master Bartender Issac blends spirits and flavors with expert knowledge of this product and his client. The kitchen lacks finesse. Meatball appetizer was nothing more than a mouthful of beef and bread. Fresh radish and sea salt as the bar treat is an interesting offering. But the kitchen needs to kick it up a notch.

The service was not very good, the food was decent and they have a wide variety of cocktails. Second time there, wont be going back for a third

Had an early Sunday night dinner. It wasn't too crowded, and we got a table overlooking the patio. Service was good. Portions were generous, and we got plenty of scallops and shrimp in our entrees. Chicken dish was also very good. Three of us ate dinner for about $100 including wine. We would go back.

While in Florida last weekend, we ate at Big City Tavern because it had been recommended by a friend. It was Sunday late morning and it was a busy, busy place. My husband ordered lunch and I had breakfast and both of us enjoyed our food. Our server, Mauricio, did an excellent job even though he was quite busy. He... More

Huge portions, staff is extremely friendly, but not attentive when place is crowded. My friend ordered medium fried patty and got it totally well-done.

Four of us went to Big City Tavern for happy hour. Nice deal! Two for one beer, wine and certain martinis. The wine and beer list is well assembled. The bar is large and we easily found space. Good service at the bar, too. We would come back for dinner. There is seating both inside and outside on Las Olas.... More

great place for lunch, full bar specialty drink a little pricey but I guess that the new norm. Had steak sandwich that was absolutely the most tender I have ever had, cam with shoe string fries that I thought was better than their truffle fries ( I would skip those next time). Service was great.
