Great value

Our first night in Fort Lauderdale and heavily jet lagged we choose Anthony's and I'm glad we did. The food was great and good value. We all got a portion of meatballs on the house because it was our first time and they were delicious. The pizza had burnt a little on the edge but it was loaded... read more

I have been to Anthony's many times, more than one location actually. First time to this location awhile and was surprised to see that they have remodeled and added on next door. So now its even larger with a great outdoor space with the bar moved outside. Of course, parking will continue to be a problem at this location. But... More

Pizza and calzone was great. Wood fired so there was black, to be expected. We thought prices reasonable, service was great! Calzone was huge, good for 2. just issue with a waiter who stunk of cologne, he must of bathed in it! I'm allergic! Of course he had to walk by us many times. Let your restaurant produce the smells!

Always our choice when we feel like coal fired. Greeters always very nice. Cost very reasonable. Toppings from normal to crazy.

There is almost NO parking so... watch out for that. Food is good, but a bit on the greasy/salty side, very good though. Wouldn't mind another pie at all.

This was one of the only restaurants within walking distance of our hotel. Friendly service, with reasonably priced food. Only gripe was that the wings came out a bit burnt. Waitress said she'd check on them (whatever that means), but nothing came of it. Still a good experience overall.

I only rated average because there may be people who like a pizza that has a distinct burnt taste? The meatballs were wonderful, but again the focaccia bread with them was burnt. I understand it is baked on a coal fire, but take it out before its charred. Beer was good and our server was nice.

This restaurant is owned by Dan Merino and the memorabilia décor is cool. The pizza amazing, thin crust, baked in a fire so u may get a little dark edged but its not burned its well seasoned. Best meatball pizza I've ever had. Cant wait to try again.

We like the Ft Lauderdale pizza joint the best. We had apps and drinks. Huge calzone is small there. Nice well done thin sausage pie with extra cheese works for me. I would get the same thing EVERY TIME! Good stuff!

A different taste to any other pizza and wings I have had in a restaurant. The coal firing adds the crisp, burnt edge that you achieve with the barbeque at home, but here it is done to perfection. The pizza recipes are great and because they are all made on the spot, there will be a little time to wait.... More
