Great service, good food

Service was perfect last night. One steak was overcooked, one was perfect. Grouper was good. Elderly clientele.

May be the oldest steak house in Broward County. Arrived without a reservation and proceeded to the bar to be served by Tommy. What a surprise... half price bottle of wine night! Bar is packed and thankfully not everyone was eating so we could actually enjoy a cocktail seated at the bar. In main dining room we so enjoyed the... More

From the time you walk in till you leave, they make you feel like part of the family. We were seated without a wait, without reservations, and it was a crowded Saturday night. Service was excellent and the steaks were cooked just right. They music is great, not too loud but you can hear it and still have a conversation.... More

This review is a little late lol. We flew in from being in Jamaica For a week in 2015. We were tired and starving! We looked at the menu outside saw steak and said lets go in. Did I mention that we had just flown in? Once we got seated and started looking around we realized that we were under... More

This is an old location with a well deserved reputation for good steaks at an affordable price. The service is excellent, too. I have tried 3 different steaks, all cooked to perfection.Try the creamed spinach as a side, and if the well stocked dessert trolley is just too much, try the pistachio ice cream!

I can't say enough great things about Tropical Acres. I had two meals there while traveling in Dania Beach. Both were exceptional. This is an old school steakhouse with great food and great atmosphere. The service was excellent.

It's a gem. Restaurant has been in business for 65 years. Thus it's a bit dated but this is actually a plus. Great 1960 s like place. The most importantly food was fabulous. I had bacon wrapped filet and it melted in my mouth. My wife had prime rib and it was equally great. Service was prompt and attentive. Desert... More

We were there tues night. We were staying at the Hard Rock Cafe and had asked a local where a good place was to eat. They mentioned this place. Nothing fancy for decor, but I can't remember when I had a better steak! Cooked perfectly. Came with rolls, salad, veggie and sauces for your steak as you desired. Best meal... More

Ask for Jackson! The food was great! The service, well I felt like a family member that hadn't been seen in years, and they missed me! Only, this is our first time here. A great night out, thanks Jackson.
