If you have never tried Carlos $ Pepe's Tuna Dip - the time has come. I picked this up as an appetizer for an event because I love it so much. Everyone else who tried it loved it, as well. The fresh, warm chips are the perfect compliment to the mildly spicy dip. Delish!

There are many great things about this place and it is hard to get excited about salsa; however this place makes some darn good salsa, like holy cow!

Went here last week after a recommendation from the Embassy Suites next door. Had the blackened mahi and some guacamole. The seasoning may have been hiding that the fish was bad. Within 2 hours, started getting sick. Besides the fact that this was overpriced for the portion, and the service was slow (was sitting at the bar). Called the next... More

One of the WORST dining experiences in Fort Lauderdale. Greeter was a child - who had NO charisma - in fact it took her 3 minutes to even notice us. Server had NO idea about menu, ignored minor food complaints and to be honest was again just a kid who had no interest in what he was doing. Food was... More

My husband wanted some Mexican food and we were in Ft. Lauderdale. I saw the light bulb go off when he remembered one of his old favorites was just blocks away. For me, I was thrilled to find out they had a Chimmie with Ground Beef! Delicious. Will be back again!

I have been going to this restaurant for twenty five years. I was visiting Fort Lauderdale recently. After arriving at the airport we always go there. It had been a couple of years. I was totally disappointed with the service, it was almost as if we were intruding, we sat at the bar , drinks were very slow to come... More

We waited for a bit for anyone to seat us. We were tired, thirsty and hungry. Beer was very cold, chips were warm and fresh, salsa was ok. Prices are a bit high but for the area, average. I ordered 3 tacos all the same kind of shredded chicken and all three tasted different. I was reluctant after the first... More

I love this restaurant! My husband and I went like once a month before moving out of state. The food is excellent and the skinny margarita on the rocks is amazing! I never had a bad experience here, and was always greeted nicely by the staff. They also have great chips and salsa, which are served with your meal. If... More

Food was ok but way over priced. Waitress was not attentive and only came by once so drinks never got refilled. I would suggest you grab the Sun Trolley and head on down to somewhere else.
