Real Pizza

Recently, while visiting Ft Lauderdale, I was looking for REAL pizza. Not chain junk, but good northeast (aka NY) style pizza. I was not disappointed. The pizza at Primanti Bros was good, hot and authentic. Be aware though, this is a CASH ONLY establishment. There is an ATM at the door but don't... read more

Located conviently next to our Sonesta hotel we ate here a few times. Famous for their sandwiches but I ordered the pizza cause it smells so good. A must try.

All 5 of us loved our sandwiches! We ate every last bite and then went back a few hours later to try their pizza. Also amazing. They have cold bottled beer including iron city (local Pittsburgh brew) Worth looking for parking to try this gem. Ask for Brandy, she was a delightful waitress.

I live in Pittsburgh, PA and was visiting Ft. Lauderdale and wanted to try out their Primanti's. I found it to be very similar to ours at home and the same good flavors. The pizza is excellent. I doubt you find a better NY style pizza along the beach in this area. The building itself is a bit run down... More

Nice women helped me decide on what to eat! East coast style thin pizza. Closest thing to jersey! The fries were frozen for sandwiches but they look great as well. Very reasonable prices.

This place is just around the corner from our Hotel and served us well for a quick little pizza snack, they make their pizza fresh but it's pretty plain. Cheese with some limited toppings if your want them. They sell it by the slice as well and it has the feel and that type of place. The Staff is friendly... More

I was born in Pittsburgh a long time ago, but never made it to a Primanti's. We finally visited this one while staying at the hotel next door. Everything I've heard over the years is true. The sandwiches are huge and there was a good variety. The pizzas also looked good, although I did not try one. We also went... More

Vacationing in Ft. Lauderdale and someone at our Condo Resort recommended this restaurant. We first ate breakfast here and it was good. We had the Primanti Jumbo breakfast my husband was a little disappointed because they only had pork products for breakfast. On our 2nd visit he had chicken breast with his breakfast for a few dollars more he was... More
