Good food, slooooow service

The Bimini bread really is wonderful, we ordered it as an appetizer, unfortunately our waiter finally found time to bring it after our entrees arrived. With that said, the food was good and there was live entertainment outside.

Very disappointing lunch service 5/22/15. Our group of 7 arrived for lunch after my daughter"s high school graduation. First, we are seated at a too small table. The waitress then adds another table to extend it. The restaurant was not busy. It was absurd to try and cram us at a small table. Drinks and Bimini bread arrive and it... More

As this restaurant is located near my home and has a convenient location and beautiful decor I have been tempted more than once to try it again. Each time it disappoints. I recently was there with a friend and his mother visiting from out of town when we had the worst experience yet. Extremely loud, below average food for each... More

The restaurant is modern and roomy inside with plenty of outdoor seating for boat watchers. The food and service are good . The only gripe I have is that the entrée portions are small. The conch fritters are better than a lot of Key restaurants.

Disclaimer- gave one star because there is not a zero star option I was excited to try this place. We drove all the way from miami. I made the reservation a month ago and specified I needed a high chair. From the moment we walked in this place -it was complete chaos. I checked in 45 minutes early. I was... More

I've enjoyed lunch here on two ocassions and I must say both times have been pretty good. The service is quick and the food is fresh. The Cobb salad is delicious and the burgers are tasty! The marina view is also a plus since the restaurant is on the water and the outside dock seating adds to the great dining... More

We were taken there by local friends for happy hour. Great find. They have a great patio with tables and bar seating overlooking the waterway. Inside restaurant also looked nice. Service was friendly and happy hour snacks good.

My husband and I visited the Bimini Boatyard for dinner during our recent stay in Fort Lauderdale. We arrived at approximately 5pm on a Friday and, to our surprise, we were able to get a table outside without a reservation. For appetizers, husband had the Bimini chowder and I the sweet and spicy crispy calamari. The chowder was very good... More

We dined here twice during our stay in Fort Lauderdale (attending the annual CLIA Cruise3Sixty cruise convention) for lunch and dinner. Both meals were excellent. For lunch we had the Tuna Taco appetizer, which was excellent. For Dinner the Mahi, which was very well prepared. We would heartily recommend this for both lunch and dinner.
