After seeing that Canyon was #1 on TripAdvisor, we had to give it a try. We were a little worried about getting a table, since they do not take reservations. Restaurant was packed, but we lucked out and only had to wait 20 minutes! Food was absolutely delicious. We had a chicken tostado (sp?), filet, mac and cheese, and the... More

My family went to Canyon Cafe for dinner and the food was simply superlative. Tuna tartar is one of my favorite dishes and it was fantastic. I don't know what seasonings they use, but I'd love to find out. It was flavorful, tender, without a hint of fishiness and the flavor filled your whole mouth. Wonderful! For mains, I had... More

We stopped here just for a few drinks. We arrived at 9:50 and they were turning people away for a late dinner/dessert. A lot of people were complaining as apparently the website says 10:30. Bar maid said its at their discretion so be careful with your timing. Prickly pear margarita was already made in a pitcher (think kids Kool aide)... More

We dined at Canyon for my friend's birthday, and had a wonderful experience. I had been once or twice before, but only at the bar for happy hour. Once again, the bar was packed, but we wanted to eat in the dining room. We were taken to a beautiful corner table and our service was beyond exceptional. Personally, I think... More

We had such a wonderful dinner at Canyon! We had the shrimp and grits along with the steak burrito. The burrito was out. of. this. world. Best $27 I've ever spent on a burrito. Our server was excellent too!

Every item on the menu is prepared to perfection. The chef is a master & his creations lure your senses. Appetizers like tuna tartar, calamari, lobster salad are amazing, special entrees like the Chilean seabass heavenly & the bread pudding unbelievable! However, there is limited seating & no reservations accepted...so come early & have a prickly pear margarita...well worth the... More

Visited here with family from out of town, been here one other time. Just as good as I remembered. You must get the prickly pear margaritas--it's their signature drink! Food was excellent. Be sure to get there early, because the place fills up very quickly and is small on the inside. They do not take reservations. Very trendy atmosphere, but... More

If you from a big city like myself you will love Canyon. The service staff does not turn over and the food is exceptionall consistanly great. It has that neighborhood feel thats why I like it so much. Portions are great and flavors are even better.

What a pleasant surprise! One of the best meals of my life!!! Everything from the appetizers to the dessert was delicious and different. The food was relatively inexpensive. The only negative is that there are no reservations so go early or on a weekday.

Everytime we fly in from Annapolis, MD, our first stop is Canyon! The service is impeccable, the Prickly Pear is to die for, and the filet is delicious! We have always had amazing service, as well. Love the lobster tostada. FANTASTIC!
