Consistently good food, great pasta!

We have been going to the restaurant for about 20 years and it has been consistently good. The pasta is homemade and delicious. Garlic rolls are heavy on the garlic but delicious. When you order a platter they have a special price on side salads both regular and Caesar. The only negative that I... read more

I have been eating at this restaurant for almost 30 years and it consistently produces great food at reasonable prices. My favorite is the sapporite, with fettuccine instead of rigatoni which is how it was originally served. I also love that you can order a side dish of roasted garlic to go! The flavors are very authentic Italian which is... More

I so wanted to like this place. They offer fresh pasta and the place is right down the street from me. Since I love lasagna, that's what I ordered to take out. What I saw once home was far from appetizing and not worth the effort. There was so much grease it had seeped through the paper bag and coated... More

I've been having dinner here for so many years and they recently redid their marinara and I can say it's a huge improvement. I even ask for extra to take home. Favorites are chicken parmigiana, seafood anelli, and chicken balsamico. The chicken piccata could use a little boost of lemon, but I have never been disappointed and unless you've got... More

Il Mulino I am a native Floridian, born and raised in Hollywood, and there are not many of us around these days. Needless to say that we have dined in many of Fort lauderdale's restaurants over the years, though there is only one that my family treasures, Il Mulino's. Within their dining room we celebrated birthdays, hailed cheerful holidays, and... More

Come hungry!! Il Mulino has a menu that is one off from the ordinary. Try their pasta dishes. All pasta is made fresh daily. I had the Sausage and mushroom dish with mushroom cream sauce. Wow! Daily specials were great. We all shared the Burrata platter with prosciutto, tomatoes and basil. Great staff and excellent attention from our server. Well... More

Very good food. We try to come here on most visits to Lauderdale & recommend it often. The garlic rolls are incredible, as are the entrees.

This is one of my must-do's when I visit Fort Lauderdale. The food is always good as is the service. You have to be careful to not fill up on the delicious garlic rolls and salad before your entree arrives. There are various flavors and dishes from standard Italian fare to specialty entrees. The servers provide explanations as to what... More

I am very disapointed with that restaurant; there is no flavor to their food. They have good ideas on the menu but the dishes have no savor. I took a dish with alfredo sauce. I cannot understand how an italian restaurant don't know how to make an alfredo sauce (no taste at all).... the tomato sauce was the same. no... More
