An Italian Treat

I went to Il Mulino for the first time and was delighted with the service and food. The price for lunch was reasonable and there were a variety of choices. I had the shrimp parmesan and it was delicious, the plate had a decent amount of food on it - sometimes in fine dining you find that the plate... read more

We were hesitant to try Il Mulino because of the mixed reviews on trip advisor but decided to eat here on recommendation from one of the hotel staff. The meal was average Italian. One of the dishes we ordered was rigatoni vodka and it tasted nothing like vodka sauce! However the staff was very friendly and the service was quick.... More

If you like Italian food, specials on bottles of wine and a great atmosphere, great staff, this is your spot. It's a fine restaurant with good prices. They usually run a wine bottle special on Thursday nights. It's our go to place when we are entertaining guests or just want a perfect date night out!

Wonderful local restaurant - a terrific gem. Prices were reasonable and quality was excellent. The garlic bread was moist, warm, and oh so very smooth with a powerful garlic taste. Just a delight! House salad dressing delicate and flavorful; had to be homemade. The chicken Parmesan dish came with homemade pasta which was outstanding. To end this perfect meal we... More

Read the many reviews and decided to visit the day before of cruise. We are from NJ and have a wealth of Italian restaurants to choose from there. If this restaurant was there, it wouldn't be in business too long. I had the spaghetti with meat sauce and it had no flavor. I added a side of sausage and the... More

Here's a tip: great spot to go after an early afternoon movie at the Gateway Movie Theater. Il Mulino has a late lunch menu that is very inexpensive and there is an excellent selection of entrees. More than suffices for an early dinner! But the full dinner anytime is always good and the place gets busy fast. Great food, good... More

This was a great find. We asked the people on an elevator what smelled so good and they suggested it since it was close to The Marriot Beach Place Towers. We went great prices great food! Kids loved it too! Would definitely suggest anyone in area to go there!

Located on Sunrise Blvd and Federal Highway' this family friendly Italian restaurant serves terrific pastas, chicken and seafood dishes. You will enjoy the freshly baked plain and garlic rolls. Parking is in the rear and weekends can be crowded. They have a full bar in the rear. Service is terrific and the prices moderate.

My husband & I live in Miami where you cannot find good Italian food...Believe me, we searched high & low in every hole in the wall that said Italian food. Very disappointed we told some friends of ours, and they said "Try Mulino's up in Ft. Lauderdale" Okay, we were on our mission, and headed north. Eureka! We found exactly... More

Myself & a friend had dinner-he had rigatoni and I had balsamic chicken & linguine. The rigatoni tasted like "Chef BoyArDee" and the balsamic chicken was drowning in balsamic-to the point that all you tasted with balsamic. Overall a big disappointment.
