Good food, a little pricey

Wait staff is great, everything tasted good. Just thought it was a little pricey. Had traditional spaghetti and meatballs. Very fresh, nicely seasoned. Martini - just OK.

I've heard mixed reviews about this place so i finally checked it our for myself... From the outside, it looks like a slightly run down patio eating area... We went inside and it was a bit dark and looked like it needed a facelift, 90s era like... The happy hour menu was good, but when we received our meatballs, they... More

I took my fiancé there on a Tuesday night for his birthday. It's hidden away in a corner of a strip mall, a hidden gem! The owner Vico greeted us with a hand shake as we entered and seated us. The wait staff are all well versed in excellent customer service. The owner came out again to personally serve the... More

Cafe Vico is a well run pleasant establishment from stopping by for a cocktail at the bar, while listening to live piano music, to dining on some of the best Italian meals anywhere. Friendly staff completes the perfect experience.

We went to café Vico on our trip to fort Lauderdale. The place looks old and dark. The staff is friendly. The evening we went , the restaurant was full. However, they managed to find us a table. The food was average. We had as appetizer "sauted mushrooms on a bed of arugula topped with melted asiago cheese. To my surprise,... More

The restaurant has expanded and have done a nice job. The owners are usually there to greet you and the menu has a great selection. They also feature daily specials. They are open for both lunch and dinner.

Cafe Vico offers some of the most delicious dishes. The owner is a very kind man who makes sure his guests are enjoying their experience. His wait staff is attentive and experienced. They have newly remodeled the space which offers a fine dining ambience. The bathrooms are a hoot. Check them out as soon as you get a chance!

We celebrated a big birthday at Cafe Vico on Saturday July 3, 2015. The service was delightful, the atmosphere authentic old Italy and the wine selection - superb. We ordered a large salad and shared it. My husband's Lasagna was the best I'd ever eaten. It was super cheesy and extremely flavorful. Our wine was an Italian Chianti reasonably priced.... More

Host: Always polite. Service: Awesome as you'd expect from Café Vico. Food: Still the best in town. Chef is even willing to accommodate your slight change on the menu. Pay attention to desserts. Valet parking available. Place gets quite busy on weekends. Reservation is always good. If in the mood for Italian food, Vico is still the place to go.... More

We have been going to this restaurant since it was called Café retorno and Marco Vico the owner was part of the staff. It is still our favorite place to go and we truly enjoy Marco's hospitality and how he makes everyone feel like family. We have never been disappointed with any meals there. This is a true gem and...
