Good Italian food!

Came here while on vacation in Ft. Lauderdale.. Located in a strip mall. Was surprised how big it was once we got inside. Both my son and myself started off with a bowl of Pasta Fagioli. It was a very large portion but we both thought there was too much celery in it. The bread and garlic for the... read more

This charming restaurant is tucked away in the corner of a little shopping center but it is truly worth the hunt to find it. The house red wine is smooth and the evening special of seafood ravioli terrific! We have dined here many times and always have been impressed by the service and decor but this time the food was... We went to dinner one night to check out the restaurant and to our surprise it was the best. I am from NY and I could not find a great Italian restaurant until Cafe Vico. The food is great the atmosphere is wonderful and the service top of the line. Marco is a very friendly exquisite gentle man. He makes... More

This restaurant serves mostly traditional Italian dishes, and is clearly a cut above the run of the mill Italian restaurants. I have tried several dishes here but keep going back for the seafood ravioli with lobster cream sauce. My wife loves the cherry chicken raviolis. The ambiance is quite nice, and they recently expanded to include a large bar area... More

There is little not to like about Cafe Vico except the quite loud piano music. We ate outside to avoid it. The food was superb. It seems a bit pricy until you taste it. Then you realize it is worth the money. I had a seafood ravioli that was utterly sublime. Our server was delightful and my wife had a... More

Best place in town, no questions! Easy to park, fresh food, excellent variety and such a great environment! Service was terrific, always checking on us, either the Server and the Manager, unfortunately we don't recall the sever's name, (Jax) I guess, the manager was a young guy with glass. Despite been a busy night with a full house, he accommodate... More

Wonderful old world feel. Fantastic food. Over the top desserts. Outstanding wine selection! Attentive staff. It was expensive. You will need reservations. I have no negative comments.

The restaurant have great ambient and live music. Service is not the best except for the owner that is always around taking care himself of the guest and greeting. The restaurant cuisine is not longer traditional Italian, is more Italian American ( big plates and a lot of non traditional Italian flavors) We visit the restaurant months ago and this... More

This is a fairly large restaurant located in a shopping center. The food served is very good and very satisfying as opposed to extraordinary. The wine list is extensive and fairly priced. We enjoyed the 2011 Valpolicella Ripasso from Zenato. The service on a Saturday night with a full house was faultless. Some warm bread is served while you wait... More

A friend recommended this place because of the piano bar. We were out at lunch and decided to go. We were seated and waiter offered suggestions and took our order. We had home made yeast dinner rolls with olive oil and spices while we waited. The rolls were wonderful. The spices had too much garlic and the oil did not... More
