Good Food & A Great Meeting Place For Friends

We came here with friends, and thought the place was charming. The inside had plenty of seating and the decor had that old world charm look to it. One thing I liked about the Restaurant was that there was a private room off to the side enclosed with glass doors - perfect for a small group of... read more

The atmosphere is truly romantic. Painted clouds on the ceiling. Mahogany wood surroundings. The beef carpaccio is the best in town. And Carbanara is so rich and delicious. Large portion. Good to take home. But must be reheated with heavy cream. Lobster ravioli is a must. And wine selection is abundant. And reasonable. The owner Marco or his wife great... More

My wife and I just ate here this past Valentine's Day and it was well worth the trip. It was our first time visiting, and all of the reviews I read were spot on. The service was a little slow but I suspect it was because of the Valentine's Day crowd. We will certainly go back for another visit to... More

We arrived in Fort Lauderdale two days early for a cruise. Café Vico was recommended to us by a young man in a nearby AT&T store. It was early so we decided to stop in for a drink before dinner. We never left the bar. Happy hour is from 4:40 -7 PM. Drinks and the bar menu are all 50%... More

On a whim, my friends and I decided to go to Cafe Vico for Ladies Night. I had been to Cafe Vico a number of times and consider the food to be excellent. While the food is excellent, this most recent experience was not. We had a 5:30 p.m. reservation and I noted that there had been extensive renovations which... More

Nice restaurant. The ambience is great. The food is delicious. They have good vegetarian choices. The wine collection is good too. And some wonderful music as well.

Cafe Vico deserves the Certificate of Excellence. It offers great italian in a more than friendly atmosphere. The food is crafted and it shows. They also offer gluten-free options. If you're into lasagna, go for it. They're also partnered with Delivery Dudes so you can enjoy their food at home.

My friend took me here for a birthday treat before we had to go back to work at the Broward Center. We will be coming back so that we can spend more time here. What an awesome experience! They were so accommodating as we were stressed for time! The food was outstanding. This is definitely a place to take someone... More

My first visit to the then tiny & charming Cafe Vico was some 15+ years ago. The space has greatly expanded today, maybe 5-fold, but the warmth, the charm and the quality has remained constant, including the owner's ever-present oversight and his gregarious involvement to detail! We hosted a dinner for 15 recently at Cafe Vico - sometimes a daunting... More
