Voted "Best Seafood Restaurant", "Best Waterfront Restaurant" and "Best Restaurant to take your parents" in South Florida by a Sun-Sentinel readers poll in 2013. Legendary Local Dining Landmark and Marina. Casual dining with fresh seafood. DockSide Cafe, offers live music on weekends, while watching the daily feeding of Giant Silver Tarpons at our docks. Incredibly creative dining upstairs in a historic setting of early Fort Lauderdale and the marina, a "hush-hush" naval research facility in WW II. Complimentary valet parking and dock for your boat. You simply will not find better views in South Florida, with hundreds of boats navigating the waterways.

Worth the experience

Before going to the 15th street Fisheries, I wasn't sure if this was really a place worth my time. But now I can say it definitely is!! The Food is fresh and very good. The atmosphere and experience are worth your time. Though it is crowded, it is not what you notice with all the boats around you.

we were looking for a place with fresh seafood and a casual atmosphere. We got the casual atmosphere but the fresh seafood, not so much! The sangria was delicious!

We were amazed how large that the restaurant was, our dinner was fantastic and well worth the cost. We had a great view the waterway and fantastic boats.

Drive your car or boat and enjoy, or take the water taxi. I had the swordfish cooked to perfection. A nice place to watch the yachts go past.

Enjoyed a good dinner by the water and watched the Barracuda being fed. I had the Lobster Roll it was very tasty. I also tasted the fried cod and the fried shrimp they were both good. Nice atmosphere not to noisy, it was a little cool outside but we happened to be there on coldest day on record they had... More

With a choice of sitting upscale on the 2nd floor or casual on the 1st, we opted for casual. Very reliable lobster roll, shrimp po boy and mussels were all enjoyed by our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers).

This restaurant is legitimately a 4.5 place. The mahi mahi tacos were fantastic and my husband loved the shrimp hoagie. It's worth the trip. We visited via the water taxi. Really enjoyed our lunch and some time admiring the big tarpons and smaller jack fish by the dock. The red wine sangria was very good too.

We ate upstairs and downstairs, upstairs was a little more formal but still very relaxed and downstairs was very relaxed sat at a high top table by the water. Food was great both times we went.
