Legendary Local Dining Landmark and Marina. Casual dining with fresh seafood. DockSide Cafe, offers live music on weekends, while watching the daily feeding of Giant Silver Tarpons at our docks. Incredibly creative dining upstairs in a historic setting of early Fort Lauderdale and the marina, a "hush-hush" naval research facility in WW II. Complimentary valet parking and dock for your boat. This restaurant is a sleeper, known by the locals. Located at Water-Taxi Stop #4 (Ft. Lauderdale Marina), you'll be surprised how good the food is. Very Fresh Fish, great Calamari, spicy Bloody Mary's garnished with Jumbo Shrimp, olive and Celery, you can't go wrong. Dine "next to marina, or upstairs in more elegant dining room. Both have friendly service and... More

I went here to celebrate my brother's birthday. We had a lot of fun and were well taken care of by the staff. Although it's a little on the expensive side (an appetizer can run you anywhere from 9 to 13 dollars and an entree' between 30 to 40 dollars) the food is well prepared and fresh and served in... This being my 4th time in this restaurant, I have not been disappointed. Very fast and friendly service. Last visit, the hostess was a bit of a snob, but I think it's just her personality. She told my wife to seat herself and unfortunately the engagement started with my wife not fully understanding the difference between the upstairs restaurant and... More

This provided a nice lunch atmosphere for a good family gathering. My mother, famous for sending soup back to be nuked to the temperature of the sun, loved the Bahamian conch chowder. And didn't have to have it reheated.

This was a great spot for lunch and the first time our group of 4 had tasted alligator which is served as an appetizer. We loved watching the boats pass by especially because the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show was on. Very handy for the water taxi also. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for its food, service and location.

Our family was looking for a place with intracoastal views and we were very happy with our choice. Good food, great service, and lots of interesting boat activity. We ate inside with a great water view and then my husband and I moved out to a small table outside to finish our beers while the kids continued to watch football... More

Fun spot, great fish. Fancier upstairs, casual deck level (quite reasonable) on the water. Take the WaterTaxi.com from Ft. Lauderdale ($15 after 5), cruise by the gorgeous waterside homes and incredible yachts, get off at this restaurant's dock, where huge tarpon fish swim up, are lighted underwater. After dinner hop back on the watertaxi (check schedule going in) and tour... More

Saw the restaurant while exploring Fort Lauderdale on the water taxi. Being seafood lovers we couldn't resist, made our way back over on the water taxi and decided to quickly make a reservation on open table since it was Friday night, was able to get a reservation right away, and it was actually not needed. Got seated upstairs and really... More

While in Fort Lauderdale we asked where to find the best seafood and we were directed to the 15th Street Fisheries. We were told the Taste was nothing short of spectacular. Upon arrival we took in the Atmosphere upstairs which was quite relaxing. It had old world charm and elegance. Even though there were a lot of people you never... More
