Food-truck chic! Basically, they took a parking lot, put a food truck in it, and dressed it up with nice plants, tables, etc. It' actually quite nice, and the food is great. There's just no indoor seating if that's what you want. The food is great. You'd never know this was a food truck if you didn't see it on... More

When the weather is right for outdoor dining, The Plaza Bistro is ideal. We were there on a quiet weeknight, in the heat of August, but a light breeze off the ocean and a couple of strategically placed fans kept us comfortable and delighted with our choice of restaurants. A wonderful alternative to the predictable hotel restaurants nearby. As the... More

Once again, the entire staff at The Plaza Bistro made for an amazing night under the stars!. The breeze on this August night was so pleasant as we sat with soft lights, under the pergola enjoying the company of friends. We had cocktails, wine, appetizers and fantastic entrées. Orlando, Juan and our very professional waiter Franz made our evening so special. I... More

We ended up eating at this restaurant 3 times during our stay in Ft. Lauderdale. The food is great, so are the prices and the staff very friendly. The outside surroundings makes up the perfect atmosphere for a great dinner experience. The best restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale after my opinion.

The Plaza Bistro represents a unique dining experience. My partner and I were here on a sticky hot summer evening. To me, that was the one major flaw. The lack of any indoor dining options left us vulnerable to the elements....Heat, Humidity, Wind blowing things off your table, and Mosquitos! Otherwise, the experience was most pleasant. Wine selection was nice... More

My family of four decided to try this place on a holiday weekend hoping it wouldn't be too overcrowded. Much to our surprise, we had no problem getting a table (which worried us a little at first). The atmosphere was great, all outdoor dining but had fans to keep cool. The wait staff was prompt and courteous and the food... More

As locals we've eaten here before without major issues. This last time over the holiday weekend was a nightmare we won't be returning to. Place was not packed which is strange for 7:00 on a Friday evening. Tables sticky and strangely arranged. Water tasted like lead. Oddly the GM took our order but never returned? Ordered guacamole and chips; took... More

As this restaurant is close to our hotel, we used to come down here for dinner at almost each of our trips. We were a little bit blazed from our last experience. We got a Professional and polite service but it cannot compensate for the food. We first ordered a red wine ( a Pino Noir) which was served really... More

Made reservations on open table. What a dump. Hated our meal. We both had the most soggy flat bread pizzas ever. Would not go back or recommend. The live act was a guy on the piano playing the same song over every dance song he played.
