We were in the Fort Lauderdale airport with a long time to wait for our plane. That particular terminal is undergoing construction right now. Our options were few so we decided on Chili's. It was their typical menu so it was fine. The table we were sat at gave us enough room to keep our luggage beside us since were... More

Terminal 3. Good service. Lots of choices on menu but stuck with my safe usual beer burger and fries Relaxing sit down meal while leisurely watching FIFA World Cup. Unfortunately on my return trip a few days later had to settle for Cubano sandwich on the run at terminal 4. Not the same relaxing atmosphere.

We arrived at the airport at 9 am and wanted some breakfast. Soon enough we found out this was the only place at the airport where we could sit down to eat... can you say bad service, mediocre food, overpriced? On our return, we had to catch dinner, and again this was the only place. We waited 20 minutes to... More

It was early AM and we were waiting to catch a United flight home. There is really a poor selection of things to eat near the gate, lots of prepackaged food in cellophane wrappers (yuck). After looking at the cold prepackaged stuff that had dates on them showing old food, we went to Chili's. As typical in an airport everything... More

Forget about fast food before you board your plane, get there early enough to sit and enjoy some tex-mex food...

On a positive note, the salmon dish I had was surprisingly good. The rice and broccoli that came with it was pretty mediocre, but somewhat edible. The salmon was cooked the way I liked it and quite flavorful. The beer menu leaves a lot to be desired. It's your typical, watered-down tourist food and my spoiled SoCal palette wasn't excited... Despite the friers being broken and no other restaurants around this was actually very good. The member of staff that served us wax very friendly. They could not do any hot food, no chips etc. I think more of a discount should have been offered as my BLT was missing chips, but waiting for a plane we had little choice.... More

No surprise, it is just like all of the other over priced airport food. The Fort Lauderdale Airport has limited food choices and this pizza cafe is no exception. The small (only size available) pizza is $8.69 it is probably 7". Small amounts of cheese. I also got a reasonably priced bottled water for 4.59. Not surprised at the cost,... More

This actually applies to the Terminal 1 Chili's Too, but it looks like the same goes for both terminals. When you are travelling you count on some name brands to be your reliable go-to places for food and lodging and the like. Unfortunately, this trimmed down Chili's is a great disservice to the brand. First there was the service by... More

We stopped here in the airpirt before a flight. We were told they were short staffed and our order would take at least 20 minutes and asked if we had time. We said yes. It took 28 minutes . She gave me my bag and we went and found seats. When I opened our bag only 1/2 our order was... More
