Market 17 is proud to be serving delicious, creative dishes that are literally from the farm right to the tables of our diners. We call this "wine country cuisine" because the emphasis is on fresh, clean food from top purveyors along with an abundant wine list. For the more adventurous diner, Market 17 offers 'dining in the dark'. It is our chefs table in a private room that allows a new way to experience food. Once your sight is turned off, all the other senses are heightened. It's a fun and unique experience to enjoy our food. (Due to limited seating, reservations for dining in the dark can be requested via open table notes but are not guaranteed. Please call 954.835.5507 to confirm dining in the dark reservation requests.) Our menu will change daily and we'll always offer amazing tasting menus for you to sample what the chef has created. Come and experience for yourself what all the buzz is about!

Do the tasting portions!!!

It's a little pricey but very good. We each did two dishes, tasting portions. It was plenty to fill us up and was great that you got to try two different dishes. My favorite was the duck. It was tender and succulent on the inside and the skin was crispy and delicious. Great date night or fancy work... read more

The location of this restaurant was a short walk from the Embassy Suites. The food was really outstanding. Very fresh flavors. We started with the Cerviche and Sweet Potato Ravioli. Portions were just right for starters. Food was really delicious. One of our party wanted a specially crafted gin and the waiter and bartender were able to find a wonderful... More

One of those uncommon destination restaurants. Located beside the convention center but away from the tourist beach area, this is a must book restaurant for any visit to Fort Lauderdale or Miami (provided you don't mind the high priced tab). Dishes are well presented with multiple layers of flavors. We salivated over the descriptions of the accompaniments for each dish.... More

It may be a tad overpriced, but it was worth the visit and I would go there again. You can definitely taste the difference with these fresh, organic ingredients. Service was a bit slow, but our server was professional and fun. They skimp on everything here. We got a few slices of bread with an underseasoned garlic hummus, which lacked... More

Arrived at 5:00 for Happy Hour in advance of our 6:15 dinner reservations. Sat at the Bar. Most drinks and glassed wines were half price. I tried a M-17 which was terrific.the bar became very lively and the bartenders were great as well. We also ordered a charcuterie appetizer for our group of 4 which was also terrific. We moved... This was my 4th time here in the last 2 months. We are local and live just across the bridge but for some reason had never stopped until recently. On a whim we went in for dinner and loved it! They surpassed my true stress test and delivered a WONDERFUL Valentines dinner for us last night. The food was fantastic,... More

Very good for what it is, but not a destination. Service was prompt and the suggestions for both drinks and appetizers were great. The setting left a little to be desired, but overall I was happy with the choice and will probably return.

We Booked here for a romantic Valentine's Eve Dinner. One star is for the excellent and pleasant service. One star is for the beautiful decor and ambiance. The last star is for my partner's dinner (antelope). We ordered the pork belly confit for an appetizer and it was very good and tasty. The artichoke/cheddar croquette was not tasty and the consistancy... More

The decor is contemporary, warm & inviting. The dishes are offered in tasting & full size. Each has a unique blend of flavors. We started with the tasty flatbread appetizer, split a couple of tasting size items & then split a full portion of the Grilled Antelope which was excellent. GREAT SPOT!! Must try for a special night out. They... More
