Market 17 is proud to be serving delicious, creative dishes that are literally from the farm right to the tables of our diners. We call this "wine country cuisine" because the emphasis is on fresh, clean food from top purveyors along with an abundant wine list. For the more adventurous diner, Market 17 offers 'dining in the dark'. It is our chefs table in a private room that allows a new way to experience food. Once your sight is turned off, all the other senses are heightened. It's a fun and unique experience to enjoy our food. (Due to limited seating, reservations for dining in the dark can be requested via open table notes but are not guaranteed. Please call 954.835.5507 to confirm dining in the dark reservation requests.) Our menu will change daily and we'll always offer amazing tasting menus for you to sample what the chef has created. Come and experience for yourself what all the buzz is about!

After the Ft Lauderale Gift Show next to Port Everglades Convention Center

Hard to say which we come to Ft Lauderdale for the show or Market 17. Each dish has multiple flavor sensations that must be savored. We had 5 apps and each was delightful. It's hard to beat half price happy hour. This is our second time here and just as thrilled the second time.

My wife and I came for Happy Hour. Drinks and appetizers were half price. This deal is in effect seven days a week. We had gin and tonics. More specifically, we drank Tanguerey and tonics. They were half price. We also nibbled on a flat bread appetizer. It was okay, nothing exciting. We also split a creme brulé desert. It... More

Organic, Wholesome, Healthy food. I had a beef dish, the meat was great and well cooked the sides were beans, unusual veg and healthy items I have not seen before. He food was good quality but expensive. They have smaller plates if desired, no children's menu available. The restaurant was very dark, a bit too dark in my opinion, guests... More

I was quite surprised at the small amount of (average) food that was in our plates. We both ordered a full entree (not the taste half entrees). $ 17 for a beer and 15 for a glass of wine. Chocolate cake desert my 7 year old could make out of a pour-and-bake mix. Very disappointed.

Had dinner at Market 17 in Ft Lauderdale. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was very good. Overall menu was "OK" but not exceptional. Quality of the food was also "OK" but clearly not exceptional. Prices were on the high side so from an overall value it just did not measure up to other options such as 30/30.

Walking distance from Hilton hotel-,Marina, it was recommended by the staff. Fully organic and fresh, they have a very accommodating attitude toward food sensitivities should you be burdened in this way. The menu is full of delicious and unique combinations which gives a burst of phenomenal flavors to even to most cultured taste buds. First, this restaurant offers an innovative... More

We ate at Market 17 last night and had an absolutely exceptional dining experience. The chef is obviously brilliant, as can be seen in just about every component of every dish we ordered.(a recommendation: order tastings of several different dishes, the variety that's available to choose from is simply too broad and tempting to settle for just one entree when... This place was RIDICULOUS. I LOVED it so much. We did dining in the dark and we had 7 people and 5 courses. This was one of the best nights and best dinners I've ever had. The whole experience took about 2 hours. Yes it was a bit expensive but was it worth it? Absolutely! This isn't something you do... More

I celebrated my 17th wedding anniversary here and the food was amazing. We ordered the ceviche for appetizer it was delicious. I like that the menu changes daily and that the food is from local farms. I had the yahoo fish and my husband had the pork steak. It's also nice that you can order a taste or entrée size... More
