Grilled octopus...to die for!

Great spot if you are looking for fresh and delicious food served simply. The appetizers which we shared, dolmades with tsaziki were some of the best I've eaten, the grilled octopus was served with a simple olive oil and lemon dressing and the salmon, which topped my greek salad, was cooked to... read more

We had lunch here while on a stop while during our Water Taxi excursion. Food is very authentic(great hummus, tzatziki, and flamming cheese) service is good, wine a bit expensive

We sat out on the patio, although the sun was very bright, it was beautiful outside and we enjoyed sitting outside. The food was absolutely superb and we also had exceptional service. Our waiter made suggestions and explained everything for us.

I had been to Trata once before and it was pretty good but I never wrote a review . We were there last weekend because we were walking in the neighborhood and the first restaurant we tried to go to for lunch had a 90 minute wait. There was no wait at Trata. I ordered a salad and my husband... More

stopped for mid afternoon apps and drink. We were not disappointed. Wish we were here longer to enjoy dinner. Grape leaves and a cheese plate with side of pita ..... Perfect!,

Well the title really says it all. We went this last Friday for lunch, food was good, portions were small and I feel the price really was too much for all of it. Now this is Las Olas so we know things tend to cost more down here. Oddly also we were not offered the bread and hummus. Been there... More

I'm no expert on Greek food but what we had was yummy. The service was top notch and all in all nothing to complain about. We will probably go again.

We took the Water Taxi in Fort Lauderdale. One of the stops is near Las Olas Blvd. The Water Taxi gives a discount to one of the restaurants just a block from the stop, and it seems that many people try that for convenience or to get a "good deal". We walked a few blocks along Los Olas street checking... More

My wife and I each had the spanakopita. Very tasty, with crispy filo dough. While awaiting these entrées, we snacked on fresh bread with a hummus spread. We finished up with a custard desert. It was quite good, but it was served hot as it turned out. I would have preferred it cold. Service was good. The ambiance was neat.... More

Arriving mid-afternoon, we had the restaurant to ourselves. We decided to sit inside, although the outdoor seating was tempting, and stayed beside the open window out of the bright sun. The menu is quite extensive, but 3 of our party chose the moussaka, and 1had pasticcio plus a Greek salad. All entres were wonderfully flavorful, piping hot, and of generous... More
