Be sure to get drinks at the bar before dinner. Amazing mixologist. Dinner is great, but they have way more specials than items on the menu. Impossible to remember them all.

We arrived and were seated promptly at the Chef's Table. It was a fun experience. I love watching the cooks do their thing. I have a degree in CA and a SafeServe certification, not once did I see anything that horrified me. Everyone was professional and attended to standards. The food is quite exquisite: fresh pasta, hand made dumplings, outstanding... More

Generally, the reason to go to a fine restaurant is for food quality, service, and ambiance. We were a party of four celebrating an anniversary Saturday, December 27, 2014. Last year we had an amazing celebratory meal in New York City. We were hoping for something similar so we chose Valentino Cucina Italiana in Fort Lauderdale. We tried to make... More

What a wonderful experience. Love to sit at the kitchen bar, watch all the varied meals be carefully prepared. The attention to detail and the wonderful teamwork. This time we were a party of 10 and had to have a table. Great service as always, thank you Keith, and a very lovely assortment of appetizer specials. Dinner was exquisite and... More

My best friend selected and booked my birthday dinner here and it was a memorable evening. Nice ambiance, good food and good service. The Seafood Risotto is very good, but you do have to order it in advance. Overall, a lovely dining experience.

A nice ambient. The first welcome bread was cold and not tasty at all. The bread basket looked less inviting. The starter (calamari and artichoke) was okay. Although, I could barely find the artichoke which was too much fried. The main course, Cobia, was pretty good. The best was the desert. The food is overpriced. This was my first visit.... More

I try to control my carbs, so eating Italian requires that the food be truly exceptional. The restaurant made pastas are to die for. But, their fish entrees are also wonderful.

We visited on 11/15/14 for dinner with friends. We had a 6:30 pm reservation - for me - a great time to show up for dinner on a Saturday night if you can pull it off. Impeccable service. Great food. The next time we hope to try the chef's table. We will be back! :-)
