This was the highlight of our recent trip to Fort Lauderdale. Upon our concierge's recommendation, we made dinner reservations at Truluck's. The lobster tails and crab legs were unbelievable and the service was even better. The staff makes it a point to ensure your dining experience is more than just good food, which is a rarity at most restaurants these... More

If it's not half off, it's close; all drinks and a happy hour menu. Great lobster bisque (don't think that's a HH item but well worth it). Wonderful calamari (which they'll also sauté if preferred). They use Fever Tree ginger beer for their Moscow miles and that's the best! Decent crab cake. One beef with their recently revamped beef tartare... More

This restaurant is very nice. A great place to eat for a special occasion. We recently had dinner here while on vacation. It is a bit pricey, but well worth it. The food, atmosphere and staff were excellent.

This is what I consider a special occasion restaurant or an expense account restaurant. Yes, they serve quality meals with fresh ingredients, but you're paying for it. The service was absolutely spectacular and attentive. If you're a fan of stone crab, you'll want to eat here during the season it's available. My Caesar salad was very nice, and the wedge... More

We ate here July 3, 2015. There were some rules about being dressed, but we were coming from touring and they still let us in. We had fried shrimp, broccoli, lobster, potatoes and fries. The food was good and the staff was excellent.

We were invited for a business dinner and weren't disappointed. Normally forced to order from a limited fixed menu, this time we could order anything within the budget. I passed on wine and dessert in order to get the king crab legs. The crab meat was wonderful. An ample dinner portion. Wasn't impressed with the potatoes or greasy asparagus. My... More

Bar tender had no idea what he was doing---- ordered port three times and ended up with brandy. Scallops were very tough and fois gras on steak non existent. Very disappointing evening.

A very warm and friendly environment. It was busy but our table was like an alcove and still felt very private. We actually came earlier for the happy hour specials in the bar which was a great deal. Later we came back for dinner. We later came back for dinner as we were staying at a nearby hotel to embark... More

My first visit to Trulucks left a superb impression. From arrival to dessert I give this restaurant 5 plus stars! Gracious valet, very nice maitre'd greeted us and made us feel welcome and appreciated right from the start. We were escorted to a really lovely booth while hearing some great live music. That was so refreshing for me in comparison... More
