Not the quality I expected.

When I think of the Morton's chain, I think of a high quality (higher price) restaurant experience. I had a drink in the bar prior to dinner, but had to wait about 20 minutes - and the bar wasn't busy. There were people behind the bar, but they weren't attending to customers. Josh (I think) came... read more

Obviously if you have been to a Morton's Steakhouse you know that you will expect a fine dinner or lunch accompanied by a great service. In this Morton they treated us like family, the enviroment is not that quite and not that loud so its just right, the food is excellent with its flavor and style, and last but not... More

Great steak. That's what it's all about. However, this restaurant offers a lovely menu, with some tasty fish dishes. The space is nice and the service was attentive and personal. We went for Valentine's Day - so a busy night - but still great service.

My wife and I made a reservation for New Years Eve 2014 at 6:45PM; we were finally seated at 7:15 after the host forgot to let us know our table was ready. We ordered dinner at 7:20...our food did not arrive until 8:45...part of our dinner was cold and the steak was mediocre at best. As we were leaving the... More

My husband, children and I are used to going out for nice steak dinners. Among others Morton's was one of our favorites! We had not been in a few months and were very disappointed when we went. The staff, I must say, is just a as pleasant if not more. But the quality of food was extremely disappointing. The shrimp... More

Old school up-scale steakhouse with traditional interior. Impeccable service from start to finish. We took advantage of annual Dine Out Lauderdale, having 4 course meal $35. We started with cocktails (Negroni) while nibbling from a loaf of fresh baked, hot from the oven - complimentary - bread. Both appetizers (Baked Five Onion Soup and Ahi Tuna Tower) were delicious. Our... More

I've been to plenty of steakhouse and this marks my first visit to Morton's, overall it was a good experience and my ribeye ranks among the best I've had. I started off with the wedge salad. It was good could have had more chunks of blue cheese but overall a good tasting wedge. Me entree was the16oz center cut ribeye... More

Elegant decor, with linen table cloth's and rich mahogany. The staff are all very good. We are on the dine out Lauderdale program. Open table reservation setting. Susan orders: Caesar salad, 6 oz. Filet Mignon, mashed potato, creamed corn, glass house white wine, cheesecake. I ordered: Beefsteak tomato, Salmon, Broccoli, glass house red cab wine. We felt a very good... More

We stopped in Morton's after the Home & Decor Show at the Port of Everglades, and I felt we would have been happier going through a drive thru. A medium steak came charred; the drink was prepared wrong; the bartender was new to be far, but everything was off. What saved this rating and the night was how pleasant and... More
