If you are looking for a decent, not terribly overpriced, meal in Ft. Lauderdale, H2O is fine. The pasta is decent, service is decent, dessert is good. Nothing about the experience stood out as either outstanding or atrocious. The restaurant's greatest asset is its location- right on the sidewalk across from the beach. On a nice night, it is a... After we finished eating we paid and the waiter asked for a larger tip. He told us that he understands how every country is different but "here" in US there is a minimum 18% tip. I wanted to spit on the b.....d we r from the states, if $17 was not enought for a $60 bill, he deserves a spit... More

Came across this restaurant while trying to avoid a sudden downpour in the afternoon. Food was very good and the service was great. The ambience was nice and the restaurant was very clean. The washrooms were the cleanest. A good indication for me that the place was top notch. Portions were very generous!

Had family breakfast but not satisfied. Ordered natural eggs but didn't look and tasted as natural.Baken not done and sausages not sure if they are sausages at all.Only coffee and bread were good. And still overpriced big time.

My husband and I love eating outdoors, so much action and entertainment. Went twice to H20 two weeks in a row, and plan on introducing the restaurant to my parents this weekend. Each visit was a different waiter. BOTH extremely attentive (David) (regrettably, forgot first waiter's name, but he's from NY), very pleasant, were extensively familiar with the menu, and... More

It's a rainy day and my husband and I were looking for a good breakfast within a short walk from the Westin and we found it at the H2O. We both got the egg breakfast- which was very good. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We ate outside under the cover and enjoyed the view of the ocean. It... More

We stopped in for a quick bite and a drink. Shrimp Cipria was great (get bread to soak up the sauce). It is a goof combination of shrimp and mushrooms. The Ahi tuna was just ok...not so sure all of it was fresh either. Had to leave 2 slices on the plate. The Mango Margarita was large but don't get... More

On out last night in Ft. Lauderdale we came across H2O Cafe for dinner. Located on 1A at sea level, with outdoor patio dining. The atmosphere and view were wonderful. The service needs to be improve, the waiter took our order from behind us with no eye contact. What was that about? The food was flat, no exciting flavours. We... More
