Our lovely South Florida Italian restaurant is set in an elegant, yet understated dining area. The aromas of freshly baked foccacia, garlic, oregano and seafood fresh from the market, waft from the kitchen where we create memorable soups, delicious seafood, chicken, pasta and veal dishes, as well as sinfully decadent desserts. Every day our chef prepares delightful specials made with only the finest ingredients and spices of the season. We are located across from the ocean on A1A in beautiful Fort Lauderdale.

Off the main tourist track but good Italian food

Five of us took the water taxi north ,got off at the last stop and walked about four blocks on Ocean Blvd. We go there around 6 pm without a reservation. Nice appetizers. Four of us had a seafood special linguine and one had the branzino. All the meals were good. The wine list is reasonable. The... read more

We have been attempting to dine at Lucca for years and we finally did. We had a coupon and we went to the restaurant. Lucca is on Route A1A just north of the Oakland Park Boulevard Causeway. It has two tables outside the restaurant and about a dozen tables inside the restaurant. It is a quiet intimate place to have... More

What a delicious dinner experience we had last night. The men ordered the stuff pork chop, it was HUGE and so well prepared, it came with broccoli rabe(sauted with garlic- excellent) and tasty potatoes. The ladies had the stuffed chicken and the veal Milanese. both great choices. We shared gilled octopus and a tomato salad which were both top-notch. Unfortunately,... More

My stuffed pork chop was tasty, and my kid loved her pasta, but my wife's jumbo shrimp were underdone. It was kind of a long wait, as well. Paid too much, but the food was mostly decent.

Took wife and three young ones for a nice Italian meal while in FLL. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our kids preferred something not on the menu and they were happy to accommodate them. I had the special which was a bone-in veal parmesan. It was excellent. The grilled octopus appetizer is awesome and the mussels were a hit... More

Reservation for four on Saturday night. We had to wait a short time but that was fine. Service very slow, other tables that were seated after us were served before us. Salads were fine. Entrees arrived about 1/2 hour following salads. One entrée seemed to not be fully cooked. Everyone in my group was disappointed with the food. We arrived... More

On A1A right near Oakland. Always passed it, but saw a Groupon and tried. Great appetizers, wife had special salad while I had grilled octopus. Both were excellent. As entree I had Veal Piccatta off the menu while wife had a special porcini risotto and both were very tasty and filling. Also had a Chianti Classico bottle of wine which... More

great little restaurant. Had a groupon and welcomed it. Chicken Parmesan and pork dinners were great. Salads perfect. Desserts delic. Used to north end Boston and this comparable to any there. If you have the day water taxi pass, walk couple blocks thru shooters waterfront and take the night boat ... Picks up around 9pm

This is a small restaurant. We did not have a reservation so we sat up at the bar. The service was excellent. The staff definitely know how to treat everyone perfectly. This was a very memorable restaurant. The food was excellent. The wine was good. The desert was fantastic. We enjoyed the evening completely.
